  1. Would Reddit not allow you to post a YouTube video so you could get some exposure via shares?

  2. Did you ever find an answer to this? Or a way to capture at the supersampled resolution?

  3. If I'm reading this correctly, the Bootstrap example seems pretty fragile, as (from my loose understanding) it only works if Bootstrap is also using layers.

  4. Anyone have the last update for the mod? I have the original one and it has a bit of stutter when you turn using the mouse. Also, anyone know how to temporarily disable the mod? I have to get into the Red Dead settings and it crashes everytime I try with the mod enabled. Thanks!

  5. Here's a guide to patch a recent version of the REAL mod to work with the Take-Two games again:

  6. I have no knowledge on official support (that would be amazing!), but you can get pretty far with VorpX. I've used it for Amnesia: The Dark Descent and the experience was really great. Oddly, I've read it doesn't support SOMA, but works well with Rebirth... haven't tried either myself, though.

  7. VR motion sickness sucks... I'm still prone to it despite playing regularly for the past few years. at this point it's only really provoked by intense experiences anymore, but that's mostly what I play so I deal with it

  8. Seconding LIV - the first-person stabilizer is really nice, and very configurable. You may take a slight performance hit from it, but it is overall negligible (especially compared to their other features, which are also nice). And it's free!

  9. Thanks i might try this, i was trying the oculus mirror now but when i have game app rendered + mirror on 2nd monitor my framerate goes from 90 to 44 so i would rather record the footage with the camera shake than have low fps, but how do you use LIV if you dont run steamVR and have Quest 2 via Link to PC?

  10. Not sure! But they have extensive documentation, and I hear they're quite helpful on their Discord - you might try searching / asking there:

  11. There's already TypeScript support for the library itself that works fine. There's just no way to add types to middleware. For example, if you add session data to req.user the next middleware or the router handler have no idea.

  12. It does work, just not very gracefully. They have a parameter locals that you can attach to on the Response object (rather than the request object, like most people do), and there's a template var on Response to type it. So req.user just has to become res.locals.user

  13. Guh. I've been wanting to play this game for years now, but I wanna do my playthrough in VR. I don't think my 2060 can do it justice though, will probably wait until I hopefully snag a 40-series card.

  14. I previously had a 2060, 9th gen i5, and original Vive. I could get a mostly solid 90 fps on Outer Wilds in VR, I just had to turn the graphics settings down and use foveated rendering. It's still super enjoyable, but the mod already requires really good VR legs and the inconsistent performance makes that even more apparent. FSR helps. When I got an Index it was a similar story, but I had to turn the graphics WAY down and it was still choppy.

  15. Wow weird, I must've been standing right next to you! I was behind those two people directly in front of you for most of the night

  16. I'm particularly looking forward to the custom campaign data feature! That's something I haven't seen at any of the commercial tools I've used. If you could add a UI and create a little editorial workflow for these campaign data fields --> magic.

  17. MailChimp essentially has this feature for their html templates (which they push people not to use, anyway) in way of

  18. I feel your pain regarding working with dynamic templates in Mailchimp, I’ve had to deal with those before myself :-D

  19. I took a quick read and your approach looks fairly close to exactly what we do in MailChimp - which is fantastic! I'll dig a little deeper and see if I can throw some comments onto the GitHub issue. Thanks for working on this :)

  20. I've got two VIP tickets for sale to Saturday 10/23 in Brooklyn. Tickets are through the DICE app, and they cost me $120.49 each.

  21. This is a huge shame. Using the SMS forwarding was never totally seamless, but after setting it up per-contact it was soooo nice. It's so backwards that we'll be stuck using data/wifi to send text messages, and I'm going to really miss using Textra (and the flexibility to pick any SMS app I wish).

  22. Do you have Android 11? I was running into the same issue - it is unresolved, but there's conversation on it here:

  23. If you're willing to stray from the official image, the linuxserver images are based on ubuntu:

  24. As someone who actually can code, it's honestly kinda rough to get into Jellyfin development, I feel like there's 0 docs D:

  25. On the flip side, that's a great opportunity to be the one to write the docs if you have the patience to figure it out :)

  26. Same. Though, I've never been able to get it to appear in the server list in-game, but direct IP or the Steam>Server>Favorites way, always works.

  27. The most recent update added dns support for servers, so if you've got a domain name you can start using that now!

  28. Jesus. I haven't played since release. This sounds like a terrible bug

  29. It was atrocious - playing on GameCube, I've had several save-files die at Goblin Wall as a result of it. Thank goodness it never snuck into the remaster.
