Some have had issues getting Cross-buy to work through the Quest and browser, seems to be best to buy through the phone app and then should appear on PC app. Either contact support or try refund (might take little while) and repurchase through phone app?

Ill try contacting support i don't really need to have it on pc it would just be nice
