  1. If everything is hard mounted using heim joints etc then it will be louder for sure. How often are you cleaning and lubing? I know on my upper control arms they recommend cleaning and lubing the uniball once a month.

  2. I read that they must be lubed with PTFE dry lube every 10k miles.. as far as cleaning them Ive only cleaned them once.. Ima pressure wash everything and then lube it up see how it does.

  3. Yeah 10k might be a little long depending upon how much you’re off-road and how dirty they get. A good cleaning though will help for sure. I use Tri-Flow Lubricant to lube them up.

  4. I had the exact same on my ‘22 recently. Your Ford techs really shouldn’t be stumped, considering it is well known that the sunroof leaks. For mine, they checked the connected drain tubes, which were fine, then determined it only needed resealed around the glass. Hardest part was adjusting my schedule since the glass guy only comes in once a week.

  5. What do they do for the water intrusion? Open the doors and let it dry out and send you on your way? Seems like mold would be an issue depending upon where you are.

  6. If you catch it quickly, usually it’s just a simple “air it out and dry”. If water repeatedly gets in, and/or they suspect mold, they’ll rip out the entire interior and replace it.

  7. Good to know. Glad to hear Ford is willing to step up and replace the interior if needed.

  8. No. Most traffic tickets won’t show on a back ground check. Which is why if you are getting a job driving they ask for a DMV driver history report.

  9. My Rottie is 9 1/2, has had two TPLO surgeries and a tumor removal. When he’s chilling he’s chilling. But when it’s time to go for a walk, play or ride in the truck he’s full puppy energy. He might have lost some endurance but he’s still full output at the start.

  10. This whole situation has left so many questions and unfortunately if the police are somehow in error, we will never get the answers as it’s all going to be covered up.

  11. It’s called Operations Security, or OPSEC. You don’t want your opponent to know exactly what you’re doing by them having access to a live stream of every officers movements and location.

  12. Your product is only as good as your customer service. Stoked to hear of companies like this. Currently dealing with some poor service from others.

  13. 2 lanes used to be plenty. Be careful for what you wish for. It will take them 10 years to expand it and during that time it will be down to 1 lane.

  14. I’ve been coming here since 1998 and lived here since 2003. They have been expanding the 215 the entire time 😂

  15. Since I haven’t seen anyone say it, always be shaking the can in between sprays. Dont spray for more than maybe 15-30 seconds without shaking. There’s a lot of things going on in that can and keeping it mixed helps a ton.

  16. I'd honestly opt for the 5.3 option, but even then I'd be hesitant with a newer GM product either way. Build quality isn't what it used to be since the UAW strike.

  17. DOD/AFM lifter failure has given me PTSD. I am at about 30k post hydraulic lifter/DOD delete with no issues. All this additional complexity added into the engine to help with EPA shit is killing engines in my opinion. Variable speed oil pressure pumps, DOD, and engine start stop cannot be good for these things.

  18. The gear is two parts that can move independently of each other, controlled by oil pressure. Allows the position of the cam to change in relation to the gear. Resulting in a change to valve timing.

  19. Controlled by oil pressure explains a lot. I could see fluctuations in oil volume or oil pressure making that not happy. Probably explains why frequent oil changes “help prevent” this.

  20. Yeah it’s definitely not normal. We used laser pointers with him for a couple weeks then stopped when we noticed this behavior, so I’m partly thinking the laser is what started the issue in the first place

  21. I had a Rott lab mix and played with him with a laser pointer when he was a puppy. It was 100% the cause. I would highly recommend everyone to not use those. It caused him to chase shadows the rest of his life. He’d also pace and chase his own shadow or any shadow he saw. It got so bad he was on Prozac and then something stronger than Prozac later. It’s causes an OCD complex where they have to catch the shadow to be fulfilled but never can. If it just started try to correct it like any other negative action, but I’d also recommend an animal behaviorist and a trip to the vet.

  22. Nothing honors the memory of someone who passed like releasing hundreds of balloons in a city surrounded by National Parks and wildlife refuges!

  23. As someone who is out in the desert a lot Mylar balloons are the worst. I average one to two a trip and I am way out there sometimes.

  24. We’ve had a husband and wife duo as our mayor for the last 20 or so years, and the husband used to defend mobsters in court. The corruption train here sailed loooooong ago

  25. The county’s to busy trying to buy that area and turn it into to warehouses

  26. Better buy up the last of the Starrett stock that's still on the shelves, don't count on a warranty and... maybe this will create space for some enterprising individuals to take the place that the new ownership is likely going to create. (I only say this from what I've seen of Private Equity firms buying things that have nothing to do with money and then utterly destroying those things time and time again, because they don't understand the business they bought and just see real basic and important core things as "costs to slash".)

  27. Learn about the Rottie rumble. For years I thought my dog was an asshole and just didn’t like to be pet. Turns out I just didn’t understand his love language.

  28. Weren’t craps tables the most hit places by thieves when the hotels opened back up during the pandemic? Probably a security issue. But also all the game manufacturers are pushing them touting the savings on employees.

  29. And the people playing the violins at the grocery stores aren’t really playing.

  30. The main protein in the food is usually the main cause of the problem. If your main protein is currently red meat try switching to one with a white meat as the main protein.

  31. My Rottie lab mix had bone cancer in his knee that we found when he fractured it. My options at the time were amputation or chemotherapy. I chose chemo and it was a bad decision. It unfortunately took too much of a toll on his body and I had to put him down just six weeks later. If I could go back I would have amputated the leg and seen what happened.

  32. it's an ortofon concorde which is a pretty high end quality cartridge.

  33. Was great Uncle a DJ? Cause unless you’re was an audiophile those are not cheap and I’ve only ever seen them used on 1200 Technics.
