The Tropicana is a dump. I’m glad it’s going. I wish they would take the OYO and that Motel 6 with it. I’m glad they’re putting in something that I will actually go to, use, and enjoy. The renderings of the new ball park looked beautiful. I hope they pull it off. I wish it wasn’t the A’s but whatever. I’m always down to grab a drink and some nachos and watch some ball.
I don’t know if it’s the best theater, but Brendan Theaters at Palms is $5 on Mondays for all formats. That includes IMAX. I think movies are $5 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well before 5 PM.
No more waiting on them.
