There's an issue currently with the server connectivity between each regions. If you want to play with someone now who's not from your region, you need to use a VPN.
If I play online, then no. It takes forever to find a match just to be completely obliterated is all that comforting. But against bots is pretty chill lol
I like the idea of an automatic factory on the outer ring of the city, with hammers sounding every second on the dot. Make the districts nearby feel more like slums
Can someone explain why everyone loves this game. I've never played it. It looks incredible boring and repetitive to me and I feel like there must be something about it that doesn't translate in trailers
It kept popping up on recommended games from some YTers I watched and thought I'd buy it for my kid. Had a jam myself and got sucked into the void and actually had a little fun doing it. Good to kill an hour or so.

I might suggest watching the 1920s film Metropolis from more ideas as far as what to include in the city and imagery.
