  3. Been doing 20-30 pushups whenever I find with a few minutes. Im probably averaging around 60-70 per day. For me it's more about remembering "hey I got nothing to do this second - may as well so some pushups". Slowly training myself to keep that open as an option but I think it's going alright so far!

  20. Also I can vouch for LGD I just did a 6 week cycle 4 weeks @ 5mg and 2 @ 7.5mg no pct and gained 20lbs (obviously not all muscle) but I blew up quick. Got rad in my stash but have seen a lot more horror sides stories on rad so nervous to try it. Blood work came back great 2 weeks after last dose I’m 22 years old btw

  23. It’s a form of categorisation, and it works. It makes sense. It doesn’t apply to every individual as everyones body is different. BMI isn’t always accurate but it’s still used all across the board. The majority of skinny guys you’d find have a hard time building muscle, simple as. Big fat guys tend to be stronger and have a hard time losing fat. It’s generalisation, I didn’t disregard biology once in anything I said. I literally accounted for the outliers that don’t apply to this form of generalisation. Not everybody is the same. But GENERALLY anyone put in any of these 3 categories will display the characteristics that apply to that specific Somatotype. Again throw biology around all you want, you completely missed the point of everything I said and made no counter arguments in response. You’re grasping at straws bud

Honestly my nipples were one of the things I hated most about my body, and I actually felt that the bigger pecs made them look smaller, but you're free to believe what you want. As much as I love the sport of powerlifting, I wouldn't put it in front of my long term health and juice, especially not this young.
