It’s a form of categorisation, and it works. It makes sense. It doesn’t apply to every individual as everyones body is different. BMI isn’t always accurate but it’s still used all across the board. The majority of skinny guys you’d find have a hard time building muscle, simple as. Big fat guys tend to be stronger and have a hard time losing fat. It’s generalisation, I didn’t disregard biology once in anything I said. I literally accounted for the outliers that don’t apply to this form of generalisation. Not everybody is the same. But GENERALLY anyone put in any of these 3 categories will display the characteristics that apply to that specific Somatotype.
