  1. House of Bō’s El Sireno is a my friend’s go-to business event fragrance & it’s an aquatic imo

  2. House of Bo Espiritu. It fits me. But I also need brakes lol. My safety comes first tho, dangit.

  3. These are so accurate! Esp Initio Musk Therapy and BR540 haha

  4. Xinu's Aguamadera is my favorite fresh fragrance, but lasts around 1-2h in my experience, 3h if conditions are right (indoors, sprayed on clothes). One day I got 5h but I have no idea how. For the price point, it's tough

  5. Monstera is an absolute banger; I literally can't stop wearing it. The wet, earthy dankness is perfectly balanced imo

  6. Yes! of the ones I listed, Monstera is only one I bought (immediately), and it (immediately) became my daily scent

  7. Yea I'd been searching for a green scent for a while, and as soon as I got the Monstera sample from Lucky Scent, I knew that it was the one. I ended up buying my bottle directly from the Xinú, and I'm obsessed with their whole vibe. I seriously want to visit one of their boutiques.

  8. oh same!! visiting is on my list for either this summer or next depending on my travel—been microdosing on their boutiques by haunting their insta & reading reddit recaps of other who've gone. their aesthetic project and focus on reuseable bottles is amazing

  9. I love all four of Xinu's other scents, but I couldn't fall in love with Ummo. The notes: tobacco, styrax, tonka bean, and juniper. I love tobacco scents and thought I'd love this one, but I just got honey-medicinal apothecary. It reminded me of folk cures my parents would try on me when I was sick with a cough as a kid! Hated it, unfortunately

  10. Try Skylar's Boardwalk Delight? It's popular rn & maybe what you smelled

  11. Could try Molecule 01 + Mandarin! Lasts forever in my experience

  12. It was pretty awesome. Probably spent a couple of hours in there. I didn’t wind up buying anything, though. I tested Ummo and Aguamadera on my skin and wasn’t crazy about either. Monstera, Copala and Oro Nardo had potential but aren’t really my jam. Considering the prices, I couldn’t possibly justify a purchase. It’s such a beautiful set-up, though, the whole experience is well worth the visit. Oh, and the candles and incense sticks they make are otherworldly.

  13. Thanks for the update! Sorry you didn’t like any enough for a full bottle, but it was great to hear more about the in-store experience. I’ll be sure to look into their incense and candles

  14. you could look for an ice accord and accords adjacent! it's a fantasy accord, made of other scents, but meant to smell like "ice" overall to a nose

  15. NR for her is a great choice!! One of the best scents of all time, and I think mid- to late-twenties is a great time to switch to it. Definitely smells to me like a more grown-up sister to the teen/college-age era of FB. The floral notes and patchouli-musk remain but are more refined and elegant in NR for her (imo)

  16. Coqui Coqui has the scent of Rosas Secas (Dried Roses)! I prefer Rosas Frescas myself, but I do think it's light, realistic rose notes on both counts

  17. Sorry to say this, but I'm pretty sure Mugler (& its parent company) isn't cruelty free!

  18. well that’s sad, mugler was one of my favourites. ☹️ thanks for letting me know

  19. of course! sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it's always better to know
