We had a miniature horse at our stable named Crackers who also was a demon horse. Actually had a neighbor run their gutter drain pipe on to my property without asking. It didn’t bother me because of the location but when I asked the workers what they were doing on my property the neighbor yells at me not to bother them and to mind my own business.
My moms neighbor ran their drain off pipe into my moms yard as well, the mother fucker buried it in her yard as the previous owners didn’t have a fence. As soon as she found out she called the village and he got in big ass trouble. My mom has two sump pumps and still would wonder why the basement would flood. It’s because of that asshole. If it was for the statute of limitations she would have sued his ass. He’s a piece of fucking work, supports maga and has this stupid ass tree trunk that he put “Jesus loves you” on it. I have told him to shove his religion up his ass on more than one occasion. He got mad one year we had a party and started BLARING fucking bagpipe music at like 7am. Guess what, we made Irish coffee and started doing jigs in the backyard until the cops showed up because one of the other neighbors got pissed. I can’t wait until that stupid MFer dies.
I do not talk to my mother but today I sent her a bunch reels off of Facebook that explain that she’s the problem and how what she does is abusive. She has NPD, other than sending her those reels, I have nothing to do with her and will continue to have nothing to do with her unless her behavior changes. Which I know she won’t, and I’m okay with that.

Oh another thing, in IL it is a criminal offense to intentionally or unintentionally hurt a SD. My dog and I were hit in a designated pedestrian crosswalk with a speed bump and flashing lights. The police didn’t know that so he wasn’t charged. My SD now had bad arthritis and I am going to have to retire him soon.
Yea I have a lawyer. Dude is fucked. My lawyer is going for max payout on his car insurance and the guy has an umbrella policy so my lawyer is also going after that. It’s going to cost at least 50-60k for me to get a new service dog, add in all of my SDs and my medical bills, school that I had to take a leave of absence from school due to a very bad concussion that has caused post concussive syndrome and other damages from the accident, cost of treatment for my PTSD and it’s a big bill. I’m pretty sure my lawyer is also going after the max on his umbrella policy as well. Like I said, the guy is fucked. It’s all on tape too and watching it, I’m surprised we weren’t killed. I flew about 10ft and you can see my head smack into the pavement. My SD was hit and rolled twice. The guy didn’t even try to stop, the people behind him got out their cars and ran to help my dog and I while the asshat who hit us took his sweet ass time getting out of his car. Typical fucking boomer. I told my lawyer to take him for all he’s worth.
So the big issue here is if this is upheld, the choice is work or jail. And if jail- you’ll be put to work without pay. Sooooo earn enough to afford rent or mortgage, or slavery.
What about the elderly or ppl with disabilities. They can’t work. They are on a limited income and it’s not enough to even cover rent in most places. Our country sucks

Believe me I have seriously looked into this and even the states in the US that have it, you have to live in that state to do it. The thought of buying heroin or fentanyl and ODing on purpose because I don’t want to be alive anymore happens daily.

I tell everyone in our dog community to carry pepper spray because of situations like this. Pepper spray inflames everything and the dog won’t be able to see and most likely not be able to breath properly. It should give you some distance from the dog and also provide you time to get away.
