Is a stupid question but still would like to know......if multiple countries launch multiple satellite constellations like starlink....that they themselves become a danger to each other......given that condition does it really matter and if we don't recover the last spent stage of the rocket?

Every bit helps, we are already at a stage where even if we stop putting stuff up debris will increase. So apart from minimizing debris generation, active debris removal is also needed to be pursued.

Yeah AFAIK the modifications (Crew access arm, ziplines, white room) are not something that should interfere with launches.
