  3. I think it had a really intriguing premise, and Rocky is wonderful (and his and Ryland’s friendship was really sweet.) But the actual writing was just ok. Anyone expecting a great work of literature is reading the wrong book. Same thing with The Martian - was the writing really compelling? I’d say no, but the movie was really fun.

  17. If you're talking literally one beer a day, it's not doing any harm, but if you're at risk for kidney stones and/or gout, then beer is absolutely one of the worst things you can drink, generally speaking.
