Miyaor

  1. He is very bad at dota. Crusader 1, rank distribution is like this:

  2. His current skill level is unironically iron, which is understandable for a new player, but definitely lower than his dota2 rank.

  3. He's definitely not iron. You're overestimating iron players.

  4. It will take time, I would recommend muting chat if it hurts your enjoyment of the game. If you hit tab you can mute peoples text or pings (or both).

  5. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Generally, by the time people reach around level 30 they are somewhat competent, but still pretty far away from being average at the game (barring very talented players).

  6. I didn't really realize the heart existed as a boss since I never bothered to take the keys over the relics. Around a15 or so I finally tried, was probably around 60 ish hours of playing. Can see other people who never reached that mark also just not really bothering

  7. Or it could count only the previous two matches, so by game 4 the picks from game 1 are available and then in game 5 you have what’s left of game 1 picks and all of game 2 picks

  8. I think a better solution is in game 5 you remove all bans on champions from the fearless mode, allowing teams to play their best comps

  9. One thing that I have a gripe about in this episode with Mark is the idea that Mark and Riot at the LCS know what fans want. You guys don't, thats why viewership has declined.

  10. Agreed. When I went to watch C9 V TSM way back when the infamous jensen ekko happened, either me and my friend didn't know about some pre-show outside, or it didn't exist. We drove up, watched the games, and went back home.

  11. I just want to not feel like I screwed up my sleep for nothing. I want games where we put up a fight.

  12. I've done it pretty much every year since 2013. The actual worst I have ever felt was actually the one year I didn't need to do it, aka 2022 where I went and watched it live.

  13. My only question is why haven't they done this before? I mean it's obvious that international competitions are huge draws and even if NA gets dominated by the LCK/LPL like everyone else does, it still gives NA fans hope of stomping EU and the Wildcards.

  14. Probably a mixture of covid and them being garbage at their job. LoL esports was on an upswing, but covid made any international plans much harder. That, combined with how terrible the global esports department seems to be at their job is a pretty bad combo.

  15. People really don't understand how slow it takes to move things in a large corporation. There are so many checks and balances and revisions and plan switching due to another department needing x time for a piece to come through with delays outside of the companies reach like litigation and contracts etc.

  16. I am sure there are talented people working at riot, but LoL esports, despite its various strong points, has had a lot of weaknesses, one of which is its struggle to evolve itself. This has recently begun changing, but you cannot argue that they were just very inefficient unless you seriously believe that they have now ironed out all inefficiency. They just likely changed their idea about how esports should be run, and are choosing to allow more events. Notice how LEC changing to 3 splits happened at a similar time to worlds format changing, and a ton of other changes/willingness to change. Something changed about how riot treats their esports a while back. They still have their blunders (worlds this year), but their vision has changed.

  17. Its killed it for my friend group. Not really because the match quality, but the overall quality has gone down. We tried twice and both times had an insta loss into the other teams ff. The fact that it happens so rarely now meant we planned for it well in advance, and it not working both times we set aside time has meant we will likely not bother for future ones.

  18. we can invite people who have onlyfans to official riot events, but my guy cant even try fucking a bear, come on

  19. Were they fucking a teddy bear at those events?

  20. Yeah? If you see sylas, picking champions with bad ults is one of the best ways to counterplay him. Most people in soloq dont have massive champ pools, and this is one small way to reward people for having a counterpick.

  21. How do you have the balls to post something like this? Like seriously, take a look at yourself and ask yourself how you can stand to post such bullshit.

  22. Are you saying (and I am honestly asking) that my comment does not make sense, because there are no sports where women dominate, but if there was, then my comment would make sense?

  23. Your comment makes logical sense, but why type it out when your premises(women dominating at a sport)doesn't exist, and disagree with someone who had the correct premises with it?

  24. I am saying if X then Y, because my understanding of the previous comment was not Y

  25. If by that you mean, you thought the original dude was saying that men should never have a protected field even if they are worse, you misunderstood him. He meant they shouldn't have one because they do not need one in any sport.

  26. Isn't that explicitly talking about peak viewership, which markz addressed?

  27. Except it's not about the tier list being right or wrong

  28. Shoulda picked a better title/thumbnail then

  29. Or, you know, people could watch things before commenting on it. Insane concept.

  30. Nah. If hes trying to clickbait with dogshit why should I click on it lol.

  31. Hooooly. Zven Rekkles bot would be hype. It'd feel weird to watch Rekkles in NA, but he's so hungry for another opportunity I feel like he'd have to take it.

  32. Rekkles said he isn't going to NA, and strongly prefers to return to EU in his interview with caedrel.

  33. What words in particular are you having trouble with? For a new player, pretty much any video made by someone who is diamond+ is going to be generally correct.

  34. Really? That seems very high. Plat 1/Emerald 4 is top 20%. I cannot believe that 20% of the chess population is higher than 1800

  35. The last I checked emerald 4 is the top 13percent and when I was emerald 4 60lp I was top 10 percent….wild

  36. They changed it a bit this season I think, my friend is plat 1 20 lp and according to u.gg is top 20.3%

  37. Heres a simpler way to know if humans are omnivores. I am a human. I ate chicken for dinner, salad for lunch, and a banana for breakfast.

  38. No he didn’t. He said by the time Jack told him he was kicked, off-season was basically over and all top teams already locked in their adcs

  39. He got offers after that split. He could have returned if he wanted to.

  40. Missing a split is pretty bad, and the offer he missed out on that got blocked was TSM iirc.

  41. He got an offer from dig and was in talks with 100t I believe as well.

  42. You aren't even aware really that you're suffocating. We don't have a biological mechanism for detecting lack-of-oxygen because it's not something that really occurs in a natural way outside caves. We can only detect when we have excess CO2 or are breathing something toxic.

  43. Can animals sense it? I think dogs can detect carbon monoxide poisoning, would they be able to tell something is wrong?

  44. Wonder if they will keep the team after the Saudi cup. Caedrel was saying that they were paying teams to pick up more rosters

  45. Wouldn't that also apply to teams from the other regions though? lol.

  46. Percentage wise its a bigger increase for us. I do wonder how they will invite teams though. There is no qualification (that we know of) and it seems to be on an invite basis. Will they prioritize larger fanbases (ex KC) over a team that is better that split?

  47. She doesn't. Only thing that can consistently kill crab raves are super tanky teams with ton of sustain. So your typical AD comp, of which there are only 2 or 3 viable ones. I'd take losing to crab over losing to the entire rest of the lobby though.

  48. It's funny because everyone thinks as your rank goes up, the game quality goes up. Makes sense, right?

  49. I think its generally because it takes a good amount of time to climb up that high. People who have spent so long to reach diamond want their rank to mean something, so get upset when losing and are at risk of losing it.

  50. Yeah, and another thought to add into that...

  51. I agree to a degree. From my experience, most elos (except emerald) have a similar amount of people playing badly. However, in diamond I personally feel like a higher percentage of people playing badly resort to stuff like "Im gonna int now because this isn't my main account", "you guys are so bad you don't deserve to win, my main is masters" etc. Essentially stuff that makes no sense, but is ego driven. You still do get that at lower elos, but it feels more common.
