  1. Lebron is already tired of these bums not even pretending to rebound.

  2. Bron is culprit no1 on the Lakers lol. He nevers boxes out.

  3. Bron gave up like 12 pts this half on lazy backcuts and no boxing out… so frustrating

  4. Not really. The Lakers just stopped running organised offense midway through the 3rd quarter. It’s an issue that’s plagued them all season. Great playbook, elite offense when they use it, and then randomly drop it for dumb freelance isos and PnRs for no reason when they’re up a lot or in pressure situations.

  5. Didn’t this dog have the Warriors beating the Lakers last year?

  6. WHAAAAT? You can smack people in the face now ????

  7. what a dumb challenge. He literally pokes him in the eye lmao

  8. I’m really gonna lose a 8 game parlay on the nuggets losing to the lakers at home huh?

  9. that's on you for betting on a 8 game parlay my guy

  10. AD and Dlo got the Midas touch in the first half. Hopefully they can continue it into the second and keep this series exciting. Lebron and reaves adding valuable big moments as well. Great team effort from the Lakers. Nuggets will be heavily favoring Jokic in the second half. Last few minutes of the 2nd quarter we saw Jokic get a lot of touches. It’s gonna be all him the next half. Will be a fun watch.

  11. meanwhile Rui has done absolutely nothing all series lmao

  12. Jokic's playing good defense on him, he just can't miss rn lol.

  13. eh I dunno about that. AD's definitely had some shooting luck on middies but he's also gotten lots of really deep looks.

  14. I liked the first guy better, not that he had much to do. This guy couldn't act.

  15. This guy had 2 lines of dialogue lol

  16. Yeah why tf does a cruise ship have a pool deep enough to do this??

  17. he was just honored as one of the best 75 players of all time before he turned 30 lmfao

  18. The fact that it was controversial proves he’s underrated… it shouldn’t have even been close. Dude had 8 all-star selections and 4 all-nba first team selections.

  19. Maybe they only watched him play sabonis

  20. Sabonis scored 20+ on AD once this season and that was when AD was just coming back from injury. Sabonis won 2 of the healthy matchups because AD struggled to score, not because Sabonis was doing that much on the other end.

  21. And smear for total BS straight flushes

  22. Is that a joke? AD got hacked 3 times in the first quarter and none of them were called

  23. Surprised Jokic didn't make the last second shot since we're playing the Lakers

  24. My PTSD is so bad I got nervous when I saw him get the rebound with 2 seconds left lmao

  25. Watching Jokic end our season and title dreams with bullshit clutch shots made me understand why so many fanbases hated Kobe so much.

  26. I am sure you are probably new at this having just hopped on the bandwagon and all but you can't cherry-pick what is relevant and what isn't to match your narrative.

  27. Bro wtf are you talking about? You think us beating them in 1979 is gonna affect MPJ’s confidence in this series?? Of course the same core and coaching staff kicking our ass recently is relevant and impactful to the outcome of the series. Mayybe you could argue 2020 has some relevance cos Bron and AD can look back at that but it’s almost an entirely different roster. Nothing before 2020 matters at all.

  28. That's gonna happen anyway. Check out the Nuggets sub right now, 50% of the conversation is pre-whining about refs for games that haven't even happened

  29. Grizzlies fans did the same shit last year. “Only way they win is if it’s 8v5”.

  30. They should run it back and hope they stay healthy, maybe add a 4 that compliments Sabonis well, but they don’t need to do too much. Fox and Sabonis are 26 and 27, we likely haven’t seen the best versions of them, NBA players peak in their late 20s, and Murray is gonna be a star. Just gotta hope he becomes good enough before those 2 fall off.

  31. There is no 4 that complements Sabonis well. The fundamental problem with bigs who can’t space the floor or protect the rim in today’s game.

  32. I doubt it. Sabonis’ 3pt shotmaking is awful. Raw percentages don’t mean much. He’s taking only wide open 3s on tiny volume. He’d need to shoot way more for defenders to actually start respecting him.

  33. how do you luck out when you get the 1 seed?. the whole point of getting and earning the 1 seed is to get a favorable matchup. no team is lucky when they earned the 1

  34. I think their point is that the West is stacked enough that even with the no1 seed, any of the possible outcomes of the play-in for OKC would still have resulted in a tough matchup. But things played out in such a way that the Thunder got the Pelicans without Zion which is by far the weakest playoff team in the West.

  35. “The 9 seed doesn’t deserve two All Stars”

  36. ? Clippers and Mavs get zero rest advantage.

  37. next they'll say that 1st seed is on a disadvantage because they'll get too rusty from resting so much vs the lower seeds who'll be on a rhythm.

  38. I mean there is a little bit to that. I think in the bubble Portland won Game 1 cos they’d be in fight or flight mode for 3 weeks and the Lakers had been sleep walking since they’d locked up the first seed.

  39. Did you use a team that got swept as an example of someone who had successfully slowed down Murray?

  40. Despite being a good pull up shooter, Jamal rarely ever takes threes off ball screens going right when the defense goes under.

  41. its just funny watching his lack of self awareness. in this same vid he was criticizing sabonis for making a "jon jones" style elbow swing at draymonds face (ironic), which in reality was the tamest of gestures to create space for a layup. I find him endearing though and dont mind him but he really is delusional.

  42. He’s not delusional he says dumb shit on purpose to bait idiots. Some people are in on the joke and think he’s funny, for some reason…

  43. The craziest stat I’ve read is that LeBron averaged more PPG in that first playoff series of his career than Kobe ever did in any playoff series of his career.

  44. Kobe legit faced the best teams in league history in his playoff career. The West was so much better than the East for years it was almost comical. I believe Kobe has the most wins against 50+ win teams in postseason history.

  45. He does. Both game wins and series wins.

  46. Kobe to these Lakers absolutely does change things. This roster sorely lacks shot creation and Kobe would provide that.

  47. The roster doesn’t lack shot creation. It lacks players who can create shots AND play defense.

  48. He’s a good post player but this is skewed by the fact that the Celtics mostly use KP post ups as a switch-beating and zone-beating concept to punish mismatches rather than as a go-to hub for offense. I don’t know what % of his post ups are against mismatches but I’d imagine it’s significantly more than the really high volume post players.

  49. The 21-22 Lakers had: Melo, LeBron, AD, Westbrook, Dwight Howard, DeAndre Jordan, Isaiah Thomas, and Rajon Rondo.

  50. The interesting thing with them is figuring out which year you’d want those guys from. I’m guessing 2015ish.

  51. I guess because 7/8 is the juicier matchup and they don’t want to have both 9/10s on the same day without a 7/8.

  52. Stop it. AD can’t score on his own self creation looks, jokic can . That why raw numbers aren’t telling the full story . AD is at 47 efg this year on self creation . For a C that’s bad. They weren’t sending help jokic as guarding him in iso and fine.

  53. They weren’t sending help? Lmao that’s completely wrong…

  54. Well yes, in terms of pure scoring ability they are about the same, but in terms of overall impact on the offense Jokic is an order of magnitude better. And since AD can’t pass like Jokic he needs to make up for it by scoring more, which he hasn’t been able to do.

  55. Yeah. But he also impacts the game defensively which Jokic doesn’t do.

  56. Hey now, don’t forget AD also has an in-season tournament win!

  57. If Lebron is still on MVP level, why are the Lakers the 8 seed with AD?

  58. They won 47 games? Would people say this dumb shit if the Lakers were the East and had coasted to a no2 seed and 50 wins?
