  1. Thank you for this. I’m aware of bio security but it isn’t my day to day dealings so I didn’t even think of it. Does this play a factor if I’m only walking in? I don’t like driving in, i find satisfaction in dragging my game out. It gives me a sense of accomplishment. I’ll try some of your tips next year. Damn, carrying spray nine. Why didn’t I think of this! I want to send you meat just for giving me this information lol!

  2. It's completely up to the land owner as to what they require for their IPM plan. They may require you wear sanitized boots or they may not care since they have other plans in place to mitigate problems.

  3. Sign me up! I've got a farm employee and friend who would love this! Also, they can use it to get more high quality training in farming simulator.

  4. It's not the entire board. It's 3 out of 6 members. They still have quorum to run the organization while they await new appointees.

  5. The remaining 3 stay in interim until a new board is selected, but they have indeed resigned it seems.

  6. I would love to see this up against their 140mm coolers, FS140 (4x8mm pipes) and FC140 (5x8mm pipes), in both pure performance and noise normalized performance. Reviews of Thermalright coolers seem hard to find though.

  7. Is Dichloromethane available to the public? Or is that one of those restricted ones. Also, would you be able to repeat this experiment with H₂SO₄?

  8. Very easy to get here in Canada as an actual plastic glue under the name Weld-on. They have a lot of versions depending on what you want for set speed and glue thickness.

  9. I think this is right! Thanks so much. I spent an evening looking at various connectors and I don't even think I came across Mini UHF.

  10. Reach out to your local MLA and contact the minister responsible for sasktel (that's Don Morgan K.C.) SaskTel is a crown corp - all the crown corps are incredibly sensitive to political visibility. They hate it when the minister has tough question for them.

  11. Ha! My MLA is Scott Moe. I wonder how that would go over?

  12. Even better! Do you think Scott Moe isn't a political animal chasing farm votes? While you're at it, talk to a few neighbors and get them to complain too. Ask Scott why only folks in the cities get the VIP plans while hard working farmers have to pay extra for worse service?

  13. That's.... Actually pretty good. I like that. Thanks!

  14. Ultimate 70 (was 10gb and $50 with the bring your own device credit which was the majority of people at the time of that article)

  15. I'm choked. We were informed last weekend ultimate 70 customers are being moved to nationwide 15gb and paying $10 more. 4 lines on ultimate 70 in our household and we are losing the 2mbps speed cap.

  16. I believe this is called the Phantom Spirit and if I recall correctly from a foreign language review I watched it was a couple degrees cooler than the Peerless Assassin on a 5800X (incorrect). Don't quote me on it though.

  17. That’s a bummer man. Specialty parts, especially electronics, are always expensive. It may be worth finding someone who knows how to make their own (or teach yourself) and save money in the future. The part you posted doesn’t seem very complicated at all.

  18. I can build a replacement here with some effort.

  19. All i can see are resistors and 3 contacts.

  20. That's exactly how it works. I believe it's a voltage divider and it senses the resistance to determine which position is selected.

  21. If it has 3 inputs and 8 outputs it's doing the same thing as a 74LS138 decoder. A lot cheaper than $276.

  22. Purchased a 2014 Case IH 7230 Combine with the intention of rebuilding it this winter. Previous owner was not very nice or clean, so it's a big project. One of the issues to fix was an error code E-0822-03 "Gear selector switch - shorted to high source". Local dealership recommends replacing the gear selector switch based on the code, so I add it to my list of things to do and purchase.

  23. Is it fixed? I was looking forward to moving to an amd gpu

  24. Yes. It was fixed with a driver update from AMD, so be sure to use an up to date driver. The FPS boost is impressive. Very worth it over older drivers.

  25. Parent of an under 2 kid here. Kid hasnt had any covid shots, but has had everything else ever offered and will get it at the recommended time.

  26. Unknown (to me) brand 1tb 2.5" SSD from company in Shenzen. Shipped by amazon. Has holiday return policy until Jan 31 2023. A few 5 star reviews but no benchmarks.

  27. Problem with these, is that often SATA SSDs get faked very easily.

  28. Agreed. Low end 1tb SSDs seem to be settling into that $60-70 range though.

  29. Available for backorder. Earliest date Nov. 6th.

  30. I'm sure devs will figure something out for people to make good use of their 3.0/4.0 NVMe drives, or they will have a niche setting with directstorage with the 5% of gamers that will own 5.0 drives next year

  31. Is direct storage not expected to work on pcie 3/4? Or just not pcie 3/4 drives?

  32. Farmer here with real world experience having government employees entering land.

  33. Question about how NVME performance translates between PCIE versions, specifically random read/write performance.

  34. It's a raw bandwidth cap, drives could potentially get their random performance up high enough to be bottlenecked. For example, the synthetic Iometer benchmarks used to mimic DirectStorage performance for Phison's I/O+ firmware

  35. Thanks so much for the reply. I've got some learning to do and some links to follow! Really appreciate it.

  36. Display lists were broken in 22.7.1 for one thing.

  37. These are on our radar and the fixes will be implemented in a future release,

  38. Holy crap. I had a save file in OpenMW that only ran 51fps for me on Balmora. Was sort of my benchmark save for testing the effects new mods had.

  39. It's true! I'm also going to get my master's in permaculture so I have lots to learn but the environmental toll of frequent fertilizer application is well known and finding alternatives is better for all parties involved!

  40. No one cares what your intentions are. Get the accreditations before you use them.

  41. Yikes! Calm down. Comments like these are why people think farmers are all stupid, when it's only some of them...

  42. While both lier and liar are correct spellings and autocorrect is fun, you are correct in this case. Liar is one who is false, the other lies down. I'll fix it.
