  6. i love seeing this, i’ve had so many jobs including when i was a tech that i just didn’t feel appreciated for my hard work and i DO work hard. it didn’t even have to be monetary just words of encouragement or lunches, stuff like that it’s really the little things. now i work in a nice hotel where i feel a part of a family, i get paid well and my bosses constantly tell me how good of a job im doing. i may not be in the auto industry anymore but being a part of a good shop feels the same. no boss has an obligation to do these things but it certainly made me want to work harder and try to get higher within the company

  16. look around hermitage or antioch, might not be the best quality but it will be a roof over your head, i live by percy priest lake and i pay $1350 a month plus electric and wifi water seems to usually be included even in the new apartment i’ll be moving to but my rent goes up to $1850 and the only reason i can do it is because i got a raise without that id be struggling BAD very expensive to live in nash
