That's not actually one of the "Majestic Documents" per se - which are defined as those documents received by researcher Timothy Cooper from various CIA and Army CIC sources. It is a DIA document, and it does have an excellent org chart of Majestic Twelve - I'm not sure of its provenance, but I personally believe it is an authentic document, even though its contents are "wild".

David Grusch doesn't need a clearance to talk in a SCIF. Only the other people in the room need to be cleared to listen to what he says. They don't use a MIB-style neuraliser when you stop having a security clearance - you know what you know. They are refusing to brief members of Congress into the required compartments - even though the Gang of Eight members should automatically be briefed in. That should be a HUGE concern to all U.S. citizens.
