Last Jedi also should have just gotten rid of the whole casino resorts suck thing that was obviously a plant from the Disney theme parks division, like all the time they spent insulting Sea World as a vacation destination in Finding Dory. There's a plot there that makes sense if you tighten it all up a bit and stay focused on the story. It doesn't connect all that great to episode 7 or to episode 9 at all, but it's not that far gone itself.
In an earlier draft of Episode 1 Anakain was indeed a teen (Jar Jar was also not a comic relief), Lucas later changed that since he wanted the character to have roundabout the same age as his son Jett who was born in 93.

Biggest change for me was limiting myself to one cup of coffee a day and having tea after that, and then just not eating late at night. It took a while, but it cleared up.
If this were a different fantasy series having roughly this much information about the Others at this point in the story would be totally normal. But also if this were a different fantasy series the main series would have been finished 20 years ago and then there would have been a break and then a second series featuring the children of the main characters from the first series and one of the main characters would be an Other so you'd get a lot more information on them.
Dragon Ball is not that naturalistic a psychodrama. There are side references to character attributes that should be taken as sort of half-true jokes that you just let go.

Yeah Chi Chi is not in much of the manga, but she's not bad. The page where she finds out about Goku's death and deals with it in silence is I think one of the more moving set of panels in Dragon Ball.

Wavedashing and electrics (i'm pretty bad at crouch dash and especially electrics), juggling (i'm really bad at it, i can do only some basic juggles) or maybe overall input training?
Now would be a good time to work on combos / juggling. At least get to the point where you have reliable bread-and-butter combos with your major launchers and counter hit launchers - look up options online, either in a character guide (you can find them on relevant discords as well as through searching) or on YouTube. You don't have to optimize them or max them out, but you can if it's fun for you.
