As a now former hospitality worker, I feel this immensely. Hospitality has a way of wearing you thin both mentally and physically. I just couldn’t do it anymore, I have just recently come into an office job and much MUCH happier.
Recently got accepted for a hospo job (yeah hospitality sucks ass..) and I had an interview elsewhere doing admin etc; got an email the next day to say sorry I was unsuccessful.. to them emailing me 2 weeks later offering me the position. I jumped at the opportunity as it's SO much better than hospitality back breaking 8-10hour shifts. Keep going guys!
How have people played Terraria and not Core Keeper at this rate? Core Keeper full release coming Summer 2024, with console release. It's currently in EA on Steam.

Oh goodness no. It was spicy. There are things I can still do in the world, but the bosses are dead. It's been fun to design my base and figure out fully automated systems, too.

A bit ridiculous in 2024 we are seeing "UNPAID" jobs... economy is struggling but I'm sure PAFC aren't struggling *THAT* much.
High paid jobs leave you mentally exhausted.
8 hour hospitality shifts in a busy hospital café like I'm stuck in.. makes me want to gouge my eyeballs out.

Unfortunately the game isn’t very marketed (personal opinion) - it’s a shame because it’s a gem 💎

AutoFish mod from the main menu is a lifesaver 💕
Maybe Core Keeper? I think there are aspects you'd both love. Combat and exploration and even fishing for him. Lots of "at home" projects for you.

Yeah it’s awful. I don’t recommend anyone ever studying hospitality or entering the industry, it’ll destroy you.
