  1. Fucking hell. I'm actually kinda angry at this; at how hackish & stupid this is.

  2. Looks like isis. The wings are pretty typical of hers

  3. Relationships with pagan God's and Goddesses are not commodity based like they are in Christianity (with a few exceptions).

  4. In the modern west women exhibit higher degrees of religiosity & spiritual inclination.

  5. It doesn't mean anything. Like... K so firstly Lilith is not a historical person nor is she an ancestor figure in any of the cultures she is composited from. She is conceptualized as a spiritual being whose offspring are multifarious demons & baneful spirits.

  6. Behold them. Figure which ones you feel strongly about.

  7. An important thing to remember is it doesn't count as hoarding if it's books

  8. The lie of this statement is revealed the moment you try to move them

  9. Understanding the journey will have lulls & starts; like the moon things will wax & wane.

  10. Bless waters, use unscented candles, use non aromatic herbs.

  11. If there is power in transitioning it is the power one gains from living & being more authentic.

  12. Dont offer blood or pact with demons willy nilly.

  13. So I'd invite you to ponder: is there anything in this world that is not a cause of nature? Are humans not just another eukaryote?

  14. Water? From the tap is good, or swing by your local church

  15. I was talking more about moon water (which I think I can also do myself), Florida water and such, but thanks nonetheless

  16. Florida water is just a citrus-bloom Cologne Literally any clean smelling cheapish eau du toilette or eau du cologne will do the job.

  17. So the academic historical answer is: The relationship is that the way the Elaborated Theory of Witchcraft imagined things was "the thing the devil organizes will be identical to Christianity but evil" so you get the opposite of a Guardian angel; in addition to notions of it not being the witch that performed the magic -as the witch was, in the end, merely human- but it was some fallen angel that did the actual deed.

  18. The lovers is the card of choice; a fork in the road. the emperor stresses the simple fact that whatever you choose you must choose vehemently & decisively.

  19. I guess my traditions are slightly different then. Not sure what else I'd call them but they're inspired by my Polish grandmother. Based on her teachings, for example, if you harvest wood from a tree and wish it to be an energetically charged part of the tree itself, but let's say you rudely chop it off and piss on the tree, the tree would revoke its essence from the branch and the wand would be energetically dead. I don't personally believe a laptop has a spirit in the same way a plant does, but if you do and if that's a classic animist belief then I apologise for using the wrong terminology.

  20. You might want to ask her what she sees evil in your practice. Though given that it is your friend I would sincerely recommend to take heed of what she says.

  21. She thinks it's bad that I use poisonous plants in my craft such as arum macalatum and foxglove, even though I'm extremely careful in growing/cultivating them, her belief is that only dark witches would work with energies which are clearly so negative. Plus, she disagrees with banishing/binding work which I've practised before to get rid of negative people in my life, and prevent people from acting in ways which could harm my family. I've also expressed how I preform spells on family members without telling them (good luck spells, money spells, spells for them to get a bit of good news) which she interpreted as me violating their consent and messing with their lives. The way I word my spells is always with a clause saying that the energy will only reach them if they're receptive to it but she thinks I should first ask them anyway

  22. It does seem you have reached an impasse in your relationship; I'm sorry. But if she refuses to interrogate her own biases...

  23. This seems like a very personal & fraught matter; have you talked with your parents or grandparents or other elders around you? It might be worth more to hear their perspective than that of randos online.

  24. So kinda useful to know what you want out of things. Because paganism is really broad & heterodox.
