Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin. Objectively awful Castlevania game, does wrong basically everything that SotN does right, weird as hell overall design philosophy and application of its gimmicks. Despite all of that, I don't think I'll ever stop loving it with my whole damn heart. Planning to replay it on my 2DS this summer.
Given that the panel is about "special fruits... symbols of growth and victory," I'd personally have gone with the Firebreathing Feast, Heroine's Tear, Crimson Banquet, etc.
I think the idea is to claim that men never get body dysmorphia from overly muscular men in media, then use that claim as reasoning for why all women in video games should look like sex dolls.Â
Granted, the War on Drugs was a thinly-veiled excuse to arrest hippies and Black people en masse. So the actual, behind-the-scenes mission statement was fulfilled perfectly, it's just the front that failed.
As we all know, authors of dark fantasy fiction endorse all actions taken within their works, including bad things that happen to the main characters which are explicitly stated to be bad.
Oh, I LOVED the end boss of my last D&D game. Somehow, without any collaboration whatsoever, the final boss had the EXACT SAME backstory as my character, and ended up as the God-King of Space Hell as the finality of his character motivation. At the end of the fight, my character is bleeding out on the ground with 0 maximum hit points (blood magic BS) on the turn the rest of the party kills him, and the crown detects a viable host in range, stabilizes me, and has me replace him as the new God-Queen of Space Hell, thus fulfilling my character motivation. DM said he might have the main characters of our game come back as NPCs or bosses in later games.
When are you supposed to do the temples? I made a beeline for Rito Village and did the whole Wind Temple quest as soon as I could, and I was wondering whether that's strange.
A member of my school D&D group who's been playing as a woman in our weekly game and an NB character in a game we're both in on the side came out as trans last week, so that was fun. I'm really happy for her, and one of my friends who clocked her as a girl out of context the week prior absolutely lost it when she found out. Fun times all around.

I've got a character I'm saving for my next high fantasy campaign who's an athlete that's gotten so good at jousting that her preferred method of combat is riding in on a horse while wielding two lances. The game lets you do this under certain circumstances, and I really want to try it.
Can I be a girl, become an eldritch horror, get a girlfriend, marry her, and live together in a cottage while being worshipped?
