  1. I find it weird that people who are defending Bonnie watched, talked about and picked apart the camera footage including  minor victims in one of the most vulnerable moments in their young lives.  It is hypocritical.   Bonnie could always get another job that doesn't include exploiting her own family.  She could have always chosen a different job!!!   If she doesn't, she should be prepared for criticism.  Even now, the desire for clicks and money outweighs her need to protect her own kids' and neices'/nephews' privacy.

  2. Lol, take note dumbass bugaloo bigots.

  3. Mother Spivey's grin too.  WTF is wrong with these people?

  4. One of mine was Avenger Jill walking into the courthouse with her long wavy, light blond hair.  She exuded strength going against Pest and her father and it makes me laugh to think about how irked that must have made Boob.

  5. Rhonda who testified that Becky herself said a guilty verdict would allow her to sell more books was very credible. I think by Neil making this statement, he infers that the defense, via Rhonda as their witness, did not have a valid argument. But, they definitely did. The fact that Neil said this even after seeing Rhonda testify says a lot. I guess he thinks it helps his own credibility to say Becky was not eager for AM to be found guilty so she could sell more books. But, Rhonda was a very credible witness. Becky lied. Neil should have just avoided that subject or acknowledged that Rhonda's testimony was likely true instead of defending Becky.

  6. I agree with you about the jurors. It was unsettling that they were so blatantly disregarding the rules in court. I have no problem with them having a text chain between Jurors, I do have a problem if they were chastising those who talked to the defense. If some of them can go on the news, they don't get to decide who the others do or don't get to talk to. It's giving bully vibes to me. I also have a problem if Becky was being fed information from it. But hopefully we'll see some of that from the cell phones.

  7. Completely agree with everything you said. I think Judge Toal had her decision written before the hearing even started and nothing, even knowing Becky was lying, was going to make her change her position. But, why have the hearing in the first place? Was it merely for "show?" I don't think the hearing instilled public trust. Instead, the world saw that the system is so dysfunctional there, that even during an evidentiary hearing on jury tampering, jurors were watching the dang hearing from the jury room!! It seemed farcical.

  8. The Lawyer You Know on Youtube posted an interesting interview with a very smart and experienced appellate attorney five days ago titled, "Adelson's Appellate Lawyer Michael Ufferman Joins To Talk Appeals, Including Murdaugh." They discuss appeals in general and Murdaugh about half way through. Specifically, they discuss the difference between the SC and US prong tests. Both attorneys agree with Murdaugh's defense. They also talk about how difficult it is for a case to get to SCOTUS, but AM's case is the type that could if he isn't awarded a new trial before then.

  9. I strongly believe there was jury tampering after the fact by Dick and Jim! What law office drives down dirt roads and chases down jurors who have rendered a verdict, and have been polled to make sure this was their verdict? Dick and Jim… that’s who! These attorneys should be prosecuted for what they are accusing others of doing! I could care less about what Becky wrote in her book after the verdict!! She is entitled to her own opinion! There is not one iota of evidence that she influenced the jury’s decision! Juror Z is an indecisive victim who was easily persuaded by Dick and Jim that something wrong occurred. They asked her leading questions as they did all of the other jurors on their unexpected pop up visits, while at the same time being unrepresented by counsel. Dick and Jim should be the ones being accused and prosecuted of jury tampering! Such a circus! To protect a bonafide thief and IMO a murderer! I’m glad Judge Toal ruled how she did. But it enrages me how well paid attorneys (omg AM is broke - haha) can do whatever they want to try to get a murderer a new trial! Juror Z I believe you need to obtain new representation and not be influenced by the good ole boy network! Come on girlfriend! Seriously…you need a backbone.

  10. No where in your long comment do you list any actual facts to back up your allegations against Dick, Jim and Juror Z. To quote you, you give not even "one iota of evidence," to back up your allegations. Your comment is nothing more than fan fiction. People who have the mental capacity to understand such things would realize that the only way jury tampering ever comes to light is if defense attorneys are able to speak to jurors. And, sometimes making that contact with jurors requires that defense attorneys knock on doors. The defense only spoke to juror Z ONCE before the day of the hearing. Yet, in your mind, you've created a fantasy about them being in cahoots, LOL.

  11. Many jury tampering cases come out only after trials are finished. Are you saying they shouldn't?

  12. Reason says that there is no way Becky runs for reelection. But, this is the woman that sat in the witness box and straight up lied to Judge Toal's face. So, maybe she will. She (hopefully) would have no chance of winning, but the political satire during her campaign would be hilarious.

  13. I think the local business community there is using the opportunity to show that they don't hold the people at the firm responsible for AM's crimes. I used to think VERY differently, but I don't anymore either. Maybe the firm needed a better system of checks and balances in place and should not have trusted AM to the extent it did. But, I don't think the people at the firm are responsible for AM's crimes. I think, for the most part, they are just more humans Alex pretended to care about that he betrayed. The longer the case goes on, the more I consider how people like Jeanie, Annette, etc. must have felt upon learning of AM's betrayal and how intimidating it must have been for them to be witnesses in his case that was in an international spotlight.

  14. My understanding was he was stealing from the clients not the law firm though. This was the first one with fees to the firm I thought. Unless I’m misunderstanding how he was doing that part of it.

  15. IIRC, he cashed a check meant for Randy and kept it too. AM didn't just steal from clients, he stole from his BFF and brother too. Creighton's storm analogy painted a very clear picture of the exact position he was at in life with Jeanie hot on his trail, Mark Tinsley set to expose him in Mallory's case....and, then with the local weather acting on que. That moment was SO profound. It''s the type of thing that won't be able to be replicated if an appeals court grants AM a new trial.

  16. Please don't go gentle into that good night and rage as much as possible. Think of the terminally ill people they could be defrauding.

  17. I am not letting this go. I'm shouting from the top of every hill I can find; review platforms, social media, my bank, any relevant regulatory agencyand I've contacted 7 On Your Side. From the responses, there's a lot of victims who've been scammed by ARcannabis. Yet, there people down voting and defending ARcannabis. I suspect they're employees, trying to protect profits and commissions. Thank you for your voice.

  18. Told yall it was harmless error. Got lots of votes giving me negatives multiple times in previous threads.

  19. The judge didn't rule that Becky committed a harmless error. The judge ruled that Becky was not credible and was a glutton for fame. Judge Toal criticized Becky multiple times in her ruling. You better believe that Dick and Jim will say just that in their appeal that they will likely win at the federal level. Whether Becky lied or lacks integrity is no longer at issue. The court ruled she did and does. That's why the defense seemed so jovial at their press conference. What is at issue now is the law itself and which side had the burden of proof. And, the federal law sides with the defense.

  20. I love Meadors but he is having an off day.

  21. In the state's defense, they probably didn't prepare for Judge Toal to allow Rhonda and the alternate juror to testify. Judge Toal seems to be the type of Judge to allow the facts to go where they may lead when it comes to Becky's credibility. I'd guess Judge Toal allowed the impeachment witnesses because even she knows Becky is not credible. And, I'd bet even the defense didn't know that the first juror would straight up say Becky influenced her. So, a curve ball was thrown to all today.

  22. I see where you're coming from and agree 100% re: Becky. And admittedly I definitely don't know the full scope of her position, hence why I'm backtracking.

  23. Here's the comment I previously made. There's a lot more people I didn't include too.

  24. Agree on mostly everything, good list. My only quibble is the with the Val / WSJ aspect…. It was my impression that Val used some shady and manipulative means to get Mandy to share the fruits of her investigative work early on. I hear Val essentially made “fake friends” with Mandy to sucker the small town journalist into believing they were on par with each other. Even if we think Mandy was naive / gullible in these “early in the case” interactions with more seasoned journalists, Val’s actions left me with a negative impression. Be better, Val.

  25. Yours is the first negative comment I've ever seen about Valerie, aside from what Mandy said. I respect your opinion, but based on what I personally saw of her reporting in her articles I read and her Netflix interviews, Valerie seemed as unbiased as possible and very professional. And, Judge Newman thought enough of her to make her the pool reporter for Moselle.

  26. I think Alex spent every dime of that money. The family spent/wasted money like crazy. They lived a privileged life. It’s not cheap keeping up with the Jones.

  27. I think so too. I think AM had a side life where he wasted loads of money. I believe the escort (named Lindsey IIRC) that FITS interviewed regarding AM. So, even money that was not going towards his lavishly public lifestyle was going towards his dark, seedy one.

  28. https://www.wistv.com/story/6303385/chief-justice-toal-cited-for-leaving-the-scene-of-an-accident/

  29. This happened nearly 20 years ago and this info has been out there forever FWIW. I believe Will Folks might have previously reported on it and even he thinks that Judge Toal is the right judge to hear AM's case.

  30. I have really only been following this saga for about a month. My girlfriend and I have watched and listened to a lot of info in that time. I’m sure it’s nowhere near what most of you have consumed. Of the many questions I have, 2 seem like they should be answerable.

  31. I highly suggest that you watch Eric Allen's YouTube videos where he shares the Highway Patrol interviews during the original investigation into Stephen's death. Most of the documentaries and news stories you'll see unfairly target Buster and other Murdaughs in Stephen's death when there always were other far more viable theories. Randy actually encouraged someone to go to police after hearing a story about a hit and run causing Stephen's death. I spent the majority of my time following the case thinking that must have meant Randy was somehow involved. But, now I realize that the Murdaughs weren't involved in Stephen's death and by Randy going to the scene the day after, he was merely being a small town plaintiff attorney. (IIRC; he also represented Stephen's family members in other cases too.)

  32. Wanted to say howdy to y’all, but Damn!

  33. Angenette Levy & Will Folks are totally boinking, right?

  34. I'll take ridiculous rumors probably being spread on Mandy's discord for $1000 Alex (Trebeck).

  35. I like that Angenette used Eric's Gaslight Podcast quote for the article title, LOL. Where's Bland been? It feels like it has been a whopping two weeks or so that he hasn't been on some Youtube channel. That must be a record. In keeping with his pet analogies, does a cat have Eric's tongue?

  36. If she's anything like the father, her mother isn't capable of love either. ;)

  37. Water being frozen isn’t good tho whether he’s a husky or chihuahua dogs need water. I would ask them just show concern don’t get all Karen about it.

  38. Great advice. Show concern, but be decent about it. And, as bad as it is, many shelters aren't much better and even could be worse. Many are so full, they are being forced to kill dogs or house them outdoors, but in small cages. :(

  39. I didn't blame shelters or shelter workers, a single bit. I realize that most people who man shelters either volunteer or make very little money. But, before I would EVER consider calling animal control or bringing a dog to a kill shelter, I would 100% go knock on the neighbors door to talk to them. If they needed help and wanted to, I'd probably help rehome it or offer to help in some other way.

  40. But, the evil French raccoon has already been written into the Book of Lord Daniel. It is now the word by which we snark on. I will always remember the hacker with a French accent and beret, regardless of where Pest claimed he was from. LOL!

  41. Another gem I shall borrow any chance I get. This is up there with the "Gaslight Podcast." Brilliant!!! LOL.

  42. Like rats fleeing a sinking ship. Can't blame them. Choose your friends wisely.

  43. Imagine how shocking the eavesdropping allegations must be for Becky's friends and associates, along with all the other stuff. How could anyone associated with Becky or her son not wonder if they may have been surreptitiously spied on? I know eavesdropping is not a violent crime, but to invade someone's private space by spying on them so creepy.... and then to ditch the evidence!

  44. Drew has been citing FITS fwiw. IMO, FITS has grown leaps and bounds in credibility since the Saga first began. Will has interviewed people like Alan Wilson, many local attorneys, etc. I've been a FITS fan from the start of following the case, mainly because I was a Mandy fan. Watching FITS grow has been one of the most interesting things for me personally to see. When Will cut ties with Mandy and gained staff like Dylan and Jen, he did himself a tremendous favor.

  45. ..."Hill garnered modest public fame through her front-and-center role as court administrator during the Murdaugh murder trial, which included reading the jury's guilty verdict as audiences watched live on television and internet streams internationally."...

  46. I appreciate that factually accurate shade Drew threw at her. It is hard to understand why she even took such great risk. It is not like her book was ever going to blow up, apart from the current stuff going on with her.

  47. I'd respectfully disagree. Most court clerks do NOT store evidence in their desks. NO decent person would watch maintenance staff on cameras clean literal shit and mock them for it. In most places, that would call for discipline of the employees doing the mocking. Even in most government offices, this type of stuff would not be tolerated.

  48. C'mon F-G - Colleton is a small county just like thousands of small counties in the U.S. If you don't think that local politics, nepotism, corruption and bad characters exist in a lot of them, I respect your opinion and I don't have immediate proof to the contrary. But given human nature, it's not unreasonable to think there are others like Becky.

  49. I am fully aware that incompetence happens at every level of government. But, it seems obvious to me that the way Becky's office functioned went far past mere incompetence. It is not surprising though considering who was manning the ship.

  50. if i contact the prosecutor would i just tell them the details of my case?

  51. Be prepared to leave a message when you call the Prosecutor's office. Customer service is not usually great at any government agency, so don't be surprised if you get no answer to your question when you call. Have your ticket with you, so you can give the person you speak to info like the ticket number, hearing date, etc. Then, it will probably take a while for you to get a call back, depending on which jurisdiction gave you the ticket.
