  1. There's a badge for getting banned? I never knew about that, damn. I would have claimed mine had I known.

  2. Since you mentioned Pig, there is tech you can do in this situation. If you have a trap still, you can just barely touch their toes and activate the trap interaction, which will pull them away slightly. If you're then fast enough, you can back up a little bit and pick them up, and have just enough time to move away from the pallet before it gets slammed down. Especially if you took a little time to spook the other player away.

  3. Genuinely pretty strong on a good looper vs a low tier killer that's vulnerable to predropping. 5% haste would make a lot of people uncatchable until you've chewed through half the pallets in the map.

  4. Maybe too much haste? I was considering that, it just seemed like a decent upside to include, and maybe chasing them down would equal out.

  5. I think the last part about gen progress should be removed, otherwise we will have people sacrificing themselves immediately (just to be a troll and be rewarded for it)

  6. That's fair; I honestly was just considering what a good 'on death' upside would be to make dying from the perk fit with the flavor of being doomed to die. I did consider that exact scenario, but thought maybe a survivor getting sacrificed early would be a net negative.

  7. I think this is going to be very jurisdictionally dependent. It is a character in the sense of the intellectual property, but the absolute common definitive representation of that character is that there is one specific person behind it and that specific person is doing the things they say they are doing. The reasonable expectation of a consumer when told they are getting Luca's autograph is that the sole talent operating under that alias is signing those items.

  8. I always liked saying that Vtubing was the lovechild of professional wrestling and puppeteering.

  9. If you read my words carefully, I was defending him and his competency in law practice.

  10. Have you gone and checked any of his stuff before the videos he did covering Dokibird? Genuinely, it is nothing but complaining about wokeness, DEI, and in particular bitching and moaning about Disney almost constantly. He struck on gold by covering Dokibird, and did a complete pivot into covering Vtuber stuff.

  11. what is bro blabbering about

  12. He has an entire second channel about escaping the 'collapsing west' for the east.

  13. ...By chance, are these people telling you this the same kind of people bitching about Aloy? And call liking more muscular/tall women gay?

  14. How much of your prior work will be influencing this agency, beyond the socks being a thing? Can we expect references to Clark, Malfina, Tago Bell, the Mages, et cetera in some way, such as those things being potentially built into the 'lore' of the talents you hire?

  15. Excellent. I certainly hope that we get fun emojis and such relating to your stuff, too.

  16. God, this makes me want to know what Ross Scott's opinion of the whole situation would be. Probably something mildly insane, slightly rambly, but very insightful. Especially considering his exit from Machinima was as acrimonious as a few graduations we've seen.

  17. Lol, explain your reasons. So the reddit court can further judge your shit antics.

  19. Fair point all round. But, that being said. You cannot eny the positive impact he had still on the vtuber industry. He is certainly better than the lawyers hired by incompetent companies. Plus, since he is in the spotlight if there is anything that pops out from that in future the internet will find and deal with it as usual. Sure, things may get political, thats what happens if you deal with a lot of foreign and local entities. Plus, at least is political views aren't as egrigious as others. Plus, in fairness sake. This is the lesser of the two evils option.

  20. I can deny it because his entire involvement started with him being an American lawyer commenting on Canadian and Japanese legal matters. He was introduced to the community by GatorGamer, who built his identity on GamerGate and cohosted with Ethan Ralph, and you don't co-host with someone like that accidentally. LM's painted himself as this 'legal source' for Vtubing when his opinions were always not as valuable as he made them sound. He was offering legal opinions about two systems he never practiced in. His views are egregious, and arguing that they're not makes them seem more reasonable than they are.

  21. I went through this. I disagree. Luca made his choices. While circumstances play a factor, he still kept exploiting and using his former friend repeatedly. You can mourn the good times but I wouldn't be going "oh it's because he joined xyz company that he became like this." When people get too comfortable with another's kindness and take it for granted, this is how they turn out and I wouldn't blame the work culture for that personally.

  22. Honestly, that's true. I'm not trying to absolve him of blame, but rather just imagining that it's possible he could have gotten help in another environment. Niji certainly didn't give a shit about helping him, only feeding the parts that made them money.

  23. Maybe Luca himself banned you. Hahaha.

  24. Not sure if anyone has brought this up but Luca has misgendered Yugo before. It looked like an honest mistake at the time but with the bit about Luca misgendering trans on purpose, it looks a lot worse now.

  25. I'm not undermining or supporting anyone but as a food for thought abt recent rises of media and information/ reality check and fact check here \:

  26. The short answer? Someone (or some people) within the organization made Selen's life a living hell, to the point she attempted suicide. She initially wanted to just graduate to get away from it all, but then Nijisanji (now called either Kurosanji or Nijikuro by a lot of folks because it's been agreed that they've outed themselves as a black company, with Nijikuro being the current trending term) decided to just terminate her rather than allow any amicable parting of ways. Nijikuro has been caught lying and attempt to misrepresent the situation multiple times. Their stocks started to dip, and then they released a document telling investors that her termination would have 'negligible' effects on their profits, which ignited a full fire. They have done nothing but attempt to throw her under the bus since then, and Selen (now Dokibird, go support her) has only wanted to move on with her life. Just yesterday, they decided to have Vox, Elira, and Ike to make a video further throwing her under the bus. Whether or not they were forced, we don't know. What is implied by its content is that one or all of them may have been the ones bullying her. It also appears that this event has dragged up

  27. While I appreciate the point, it's low-class to give sex workers that kind of comparison. It's the oldest job in the world for a reason, and a person who goes into it of their own volition is as inherently valid as any other worker. Frankly, they're more respectable than a middle manager at a McDonald's or a Gamestop, and they are more respectable than Elira currently.
