You will get to experience the Concorde Room at LHR (assuming that's where you're flying from) which is quite nice, but I don't rate it particularly highly. My personal sweet spot would be about $300, but that's (obviously) super-subjective.

The thing I tell people is they have to be ok with the sound level and how close you sit to tables next to you.

Smyth is one of our fave fine dining experiences we have had. We loved the food, wine pairings, and the staff was phenomenal.
