Dude, Mia has been dead since the first game and Maya's a spirit medium. This isn't a matter of something "new going on with her" -- putting aside we definitely learned new info from/about Mia after her death -- but just if Maya cared about her sister. Which she obviously does and no one questions. Phoenix, as well, obviously cares about Mia and he hasn't mentioned her since the timeskip. Do we question if he still cares about her? Of course not.
What I mean is that Maya doesn't really have a reason to mention Mia. Ema could potentially be like "oh by the way Lana is doing this and that now!". Can't really do that with a dead person.
Dick, Jason, Stephanie, Luke, and Cassandra were all orphans when Bruce adopted them. Tim's parents were alive when he worked with Bruce but his parents were killed so Bruce adopted him.
In addition to what others have said about Jason, Stephanie and Cassandra not being orphans, Dick never got adopted, and neither did Jason if I recall. And obviously neither did any of the Batgirls, since they all have living parents. You didn't "realize" shit, you're just having a delusion. 🤣
