It's kind of amazing how Ubisoft has managed to stumble over themselves with this. When Outlaws was announced roughly a year ago, it came out swinging with a really cool-looking demo and footage that had people intrigued and showed great potential. And now they're back and showing pretty mediocre trailers, season passes and just trying their best to just shoot themselves in both feet with double barrels. For fucks sake, Ubisoft.
The Autocannon can indeed take out Shieker Nests from across the map, just go prone, call in a supply drop, and just keep blasting them. You kill them relatively quickly if you're safe from across the map.
Funnily enough I'm the guy who takes 80% of the samples in the map and somehow managed to not die while closing bug holes and doing other side objectives

I think the only difference from the 110m rockets are that they don't seem to prioritize heavy targets first and are more accurate (missile).
To me it never targets the larger enemies always the mid or small bots
