Somewhat similar situation where I work, except most of the time it’s minors. They’ll hire a bunch of kids so they can pay them less than adults, then over time they realise it’s a shit job and quit, then the cycle repeats itself.
People are getting confused over this, so I’ll clear it up: Mini maps themselves aren’t banable. Mini maps that provide an unfair advantage are. So just showing hub locations is fine, but showing players in a skywars game isn’t. As long as it’s only showing locations and not players, you’ll be fine.

Change your flow to 100% and bump up cooling to as high as it will go

When printing PLA on my 2.4 300 it's more like 150-200W
You don’t need high bed temps to print pla, most of used current is the bed so that’s likely why they aren’t using to much power
