With that much time you have three, maybe four things to visit. I would suggest the louvre, Montmartre, and the Latin quarter. Very touristy but it’s what you do when you have an afternoon in Paris. If you’re really into art beyond just seeing the Mona Lisa, do the louvre and the musée d’Orsay on your 11 hour day and Montmartre on the four hour day (which is really a two hour day factoring in transit). Don’t forget to check out the Dali museum while you’re there.
