  1. don't touch your serotonin levels if you don't have too. It's a complex neurotransmitter with non linear behaviour. Both ends of the serotonin concentration curve usually end up with suicide or worse.

  2. Saying that too low/too high serotonin levels USUALLY lead to suicide is pretty much exaggerated - it's more likely to happen but it's still not the usual case.

  3. Hey, thank you! It's a reminder for me to try it again. Had it once as a sample which I prepared as a tea. Not sure about the effects - it was maybe a placebo but I can remember some relaxation. But is it even water soluble? Do you know it? How do you extract yours? With alcohol? Can you describe your extraction method?

  6. It’s called pony tailing and it works. I’ve done it a few times. You keep it like that for 4-6 hours a day and it slows down the main shoot and gives the lowers a little more light to catch up. I don’t usually do it when they are this small though.

I mean I would cut the lowest off - maybe not now but in a few weeks. And for more light I would prefer some lst. I personally prefer to bend the fanleaves and even the growth tips if they are big enough down and not up after topping. Or what was your idea behind it? ✌️

  9. Like what - 10 capsules? Would still be not enough of some of the ingredients but at the same time probably too much of the lions mane and the piperine. Really bad proportions.

  10. Except the lions mane everything seems to be very very low dose. 20 mg of ashwagandha 10:1 extract, 20 mg of bacopa extract, 30 mg of reishi extract - that's not much more than a dry fart. No recommendation at all!

  13. You smoked way too much. One, two, maybe three puffs of that joint would be enough. After such a long time without smoking, a half gram of weed with 17% thc (what is pretty decent) is a lot.

  16. I think I tried only their aniracetam. A friend had a few other things and he was happy too with his stuff. I read only positive things about their products on the internet so you definitely can give them a try!

  17. Smoke less or stretch the same amount more out (smaller hits during more time), use a vaporizer instead of smoking, try another strain, try another strain with less thc, mix your weed with some cbd weed in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 or even 1:10.

  18. The beta-carbolines harman and norharman. Harman inhibits MAO-A and norharman inhibits MAO-A and MAO-B.

  19. Probably you won't, it's not common as a supplement. You can drink decaffeinated coffee instead or in addition to your normal coffee. Passion flower contains also harman and a bunch of other beta-carbolines - you can give that a try but it will be different because passion flower contains also other compounds like apigenine for example. Tobacco smoke contains harman - I don't recommend to start smoking anyway. Syrian rue contains beta-carbolines - mainly harmin and harmaline but also some harman - so does caapi, one of the main ingredients for ayahuasca. You can definitely find syrian rue and caapi but probably not as supplements. But I'm really not sure how safe it will be to use these kind of (strong) mao-inhibitors!
