I’m going to be honest I like this album for the most part I think it just depends on how you interpret music ig. I do agree with the article in the fact that some lines are cringeworthy. I’ve been following her relationship crap for a while and I can see this in the album. I think people are pushing for this album to be slander way too hard. Also “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” I feel is a way like “suck it up buttercup” the joyful tone is obviously fake and I think purposefully set up that way. This album is definitely a mix between Joe Alwyn Marty Healy and Travis Kelce. I think some of it is meant to be cringy too. I think this album was her version of self discovery and dealing with an on and off relationship. I definitely would have more to say about my feelings in an on and off relationship than a comfortable 6 year one. Don’t get me wrong I’m not saying this is the greatest album of all time. But I do believe people are looking for the wrong thing when they listen to this album and are only listening to it once not trying to interpret anything. This is about her relationships you might not understand it! And golden retriever describing a lover has never been an issue until she said it.
