I’m almost done with two months of tumeric supplements and haven’t noticed much diff with my inflammation and I’ve cut back my gluten and added sugars immensely even though not completely yet but significantly less and still not a huge notice:( my biggest area of hair loss is the top of my head where I part my hair, I’ve noticed it getting bigger and I’m trying to stay so positive but when I take pictures like this it makes me lose hope again. I don’t know what else to try
