This bothers me so much; she’s one of the Top Overlords of hell and has been around at least as long as Alastor if not longer and she gets caught lacking mid Extermination… the weapon collecting excuse simply does not make sense since we know she collects the weapons afterwards anyway and why would it be her herself out collecting them mid-extermination? Maybe the angels got into whatever bunker she was in but by the end of the week see her in her office, windows shuttered (I’m assuming reinforced) doing her taxes or some shit 6 months after the extermination where she killed an angel…

As a fellow chronic pain sufferer coming up on 20+ years at this, do NOT go to Northern Westchester. I've tried a few of the doctors there and, as a woman, I was told that "I seemed anxious and maybe that's the source of my pain." And "maybe I should try Motrin." The doctors there came across inexperienced and green.

I think temperamentally, they'd get along great. In a way, it seems weird to consider Heaven's biggest cheerleader getting along with its biggest detractor, but Emily seems very open-minded and I think that's all that would be needed for her to understand Lucifer.

Tbh I said it's a "biased book" because I thought of the book "Fire & Blood" by George R. R. Martin, which is written like a scholarly treatise about the Targaryen dynasty written by a historian in that world who cites a variety of sources for the historical events described, whose accounts conflict with each other, making it an unreliable depiction of what really happened. So "The Story of Hell" is probably an unreliable source as well especially since it seems written by Lucifer or Lilith so ofc they're going to "sugarcoat" it for Charlie

The only one we know for sure was unaware of the genocides was Emily. I’m pretty sure Sera only hid the genocides from winners and the lower ranked/innocent heavenborn, such as cherubs. I don’t think the angels invited to a hearing involving the princess of hell would include anybody who isn’t high ranking enough to know about the genocides unless not having them there would be suspicious. On top of that, we don’t see anybody except Emily being shocked at the reveal of the genocides. Such a reveal should have garnered SOME sort of reaction from those watching.
The rest of the council was fighting too, and adam said "no one but the excorcists can know about the exterminations" so I think the secret was more widely spread than that.
