If you then Have a fifty percent culture Bonus and then add another 10% culture Bonus on top of that you're going to end up with a sixty percent culture bonus which means that your total culture output is going to be one hundred and sixty. If you do multiplicative modifiers with real life math, you're going to end up with 165, but because in. In this game, the modifiers are additive. The bonus. Bonuses from the world. Congress resolutions are just going to end up cancelling each other out
