As long as you are having fun you are doing good! I would say first focus on parrying and riposting. Its the best basic technique. After that comes chambering, this is mostly good against midrange players. Then once you know how to chamber, learn that you should only rarely chamber (or chamber feint) and mostly use parries and ripostes again. Its a fun little bellcurve

Self diagnosis can be a helpful tool but it only gets you so far. If you really want to know I would recommend getting a diagnosis from a third party (not your aunt or reddit) to see what they have to say about it! I have found that one of the most valuable things to obtain in life is knowledge and understanding about yourself, whether you have adhd or not. So basically you have nothing to lose and a world to gain :)
