Not sure if overrated is the right word, but TPC Tampa Bay seemed overpriced compared to the other premium courses around Tampa. I’ve only played a handful of courses down there, but I’d play Lake Jovita 10/10 times over TPC. TPC was well maintained, but the layout was kinda boring.
Just played Lake Jovita North course yesterday!Worth the trip every time and what a beautiful course it is. Monday morning tee time for $80 and the most immaculate conditions around. Can’t be beat!
I'd try with a wall of mediterranean cypresses. I love this conifer despite frequently being present at cemeteries (and having that bad reputation), it's cheap and easy to control. I don't know how would they respond in zone 9B, but they're super happy in zone 10.

To me...North is a million times better than South.
Have never even played the south course! The north keeps me coming back!

Just upgraded from an old Ping G2 (early 2000s) to a Sim 2 Max. Difference in distance is negligible, but the forgiveness on mishits is night and day!
