I would avoid a rural hospital one of my sons was born in Bangkok by c section. I am American and the hospital seemed great and the procedure went well. They did it based on the size of the baby which they determined by doing an ultra sound (just like they would do anywhere else)
Tipping culture sucks when you travel to other countries everything is way cheaper and the service is better and guess what? You don’t have to pay 15-20% more at the end of your bill to the server.

I just got rated for migraines at 50 percent with an ACE exam. It was secondary to PTSD. I had a diagnosis from a VA doctor, a great nexus from a doctor outside the VA and my own statement as evidence. I can give you more info in a DM if want.
Not prostrating and less frequent attacks even though I wrote a personal statement and a migraine log in how it affects me. I guess the rater never looked at that. Hard to prove that migraine is prostrating if it’s only records review. My in person exam, I was able to tell the examiner how many days I miss a month because of my migraine and how it affects me. 4A and 4B is the prostrating part
Gotcha so they didn’t even do the dbq with you over the phone or anything? When they scheduled me they said they may or may not call me that day. I’m happy you eventually were compensated for your disability.

Usually only a few minutes especially if it’s only one DBQ. I would not take off the day. Also keep in mind they may call anytime on your appt day.
