Yep, mine started doing similar things about mid-day yesterday. I went to sleep and it was working and when I woke up this morning it was broken again. I re-added The Score widget on the "today view" screen. It looks very similar (better, IMO) and functions basically the same. At this point the ESPN widget is an unreliable POS and I'm just going to delete the app. Disney/ESPN have too much money to allow for this many problems with their official app/widget. It's still confounding to me that they don't have main Home Screen widgets at this point.
