What's the budget like? I think Dice Throne Adventures is a fantastic dungeon crawler for kids. It has dice, cards, loot, minion fights and boss fights, and standees. You can upgrade to painted or unpainted miniatures if budget allows.
A 5 year old is not going to double check the rule book. You can take whatever dungeon crawler you think looks the coolest, and just strip out the rules and make your own simple version.
I have a built, expertly based, flesheater court army for sale. Dragon and terrorgheist with riders (Gheist rider is magnatized) flayers, horrors, ghouls, characters. All just built grey plastic. Let me know if you are interested and what you are interested in paying % wise

timestamp is just putting a piece of paper with your username and the current date so that there's a level of authenticity rather than someone just pulling pictures from online and using those.

We actually have dice throne and dice throne adventures- Might have to try it again we tried last year
