  2. NAD, but my sister got the same warning in her late 20s and dies at the age of 38 from acute liver failure related to her drinking. So in my opinion, I would take the warning serious.

  3. I’m in same position as you doctor recommended Watson because of swallowing issue from manometry.I’ve got to do a course of antibiotics and ppi to see if swallowing improves to see if Linx is still viable, personally think swallowing issue is caused by the reflux.

  4. Thanks, I will make sure to post a follow up.

  5. My recovery has been remarkable according to my surgeon. No swallowing issues or food getting stuck. I really followed the diet and took things slowly and if I had an issue with a certain food I stayed away from it. I am 3 months post-op and feeling great. I am happy I had the surgery, but to be honest I did not have a choice because of iron deficiency. My HH was 4cm. My surgeon also didn’t recommend the Link. The first surgeon I saw was really pushing it and my internist said to stay away from that particular surgeon. Good luck to you.

  6. Thanks awesome, I am glad to hear things have been going well!

  7. Just FYI, your aim in the long term should always be off any PPI medication. It may really help you in the short run but in the long run all the PPIs have a bad effect. PPI lowers the acid secretion in your gut and thereby raises the ph of your stomach. In the long term it affects your gut microbiota without you knowing it. It even makes it easier for bad bacteria to grow in a less acidic environment. Once that happens one thing leads to another and you might be in for a long term treatment. It can really become a vicious circle which can be hard to evade. So take the PPIs for now, while taking a healthier diet. Sleep well and try to reduce stress. Once you feel better in a month or two start reducing the dosage. You can try to reduce the dosage to half for a few weeks, then half it again and then slowly take on alternate days before stopping. Going cold turkey may cause acid rebound, so don't stop suddenly. If possible take probiotic supplement. Treat PPI as a short term solution, try not making it a companion. If you require long term treatment, with all these modifications you can probably try keeping it at a minimum dosage of 10mg per day as maintenance. I am not a doctor but I have a little knowledge in this and hence just wanted to let you know.

  8. While I don’t disagree with anything you said, the advice of weaning off is easier said than done in many situations.

  9. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

  10. They they said it’s done to shrink the liver before the procedure. It’ll be done with the da Vinci robot so I don’t know if that makes a difference.

  11. This was common when I was in Japan. I believe the camera was mounted on/near the front landing gear. Super cool.

  12. This is Eric with the Gazette here (the one who wrote the article you're referring to). If you or anyone else at the school feel comfortable discussing what's currently going on at Pine Creek, feel free to reach out. As you know, the district has likely said all they're going to say about the matter and I understand why current staff and faculty are frustrated yet hesitant to speak out to news media. Would love to hear from some students' thoughts about this situation and how school operations have been over the past month.

  13. You should do more articles about the administration in the COS area. D49 is no better.

  14. I get this and have been here. I’ll try not to preach but I have been in this situation. The time from interview to hearing you got/ did not get the job can be brutal. It’s even harder when you really want it or are in a bad spot. I have also not gotten a job I really wanted and also felt defeated. Only thing I can say is be pissed or sad about it, but allow it to be temporary. Keep pushing and better things will come.

  15. I have tried it and while I don’t know if it helped too much with anxiety, I did feel some improvement on stress.

  16. Has to be either The Hunger or the wildly unpopular opinion… Tender is the Flesh.

  17. I can tell you that it has already helped my nerve issue and I am only on day 16. I only take 10mg. I’m going to be able to make my final decision in two weeks to see how I do with side effects.

  18. I appreciate you taking the time to respond and share your thoughts!

  19. I haven't experienced any issues with sun with nortriptyline but my guess is you sun burn easy? That was the case when I was on seroquel. I had to wear spf 70 and non stop reapply due to easily getting sun poisoning. That's only a guess though.

  20. I don’t burn super easy it was just a warning on the box. Made me think of a malaria medication I was on when I was in another country. Wasn’t sure if the body reaction what the same. I appreciate you taking the time to respond.

  21. I'm sorry to hear about your nephew’s passing. It's crucial not to delve too deep into "what ifs" as it may intensify guilt without aiding in healing. I went through a similar experience, spending almost two years on that path after my sister died suddenly, only to find it didn't contribute to my healing process. I share this to emphasize the importance of focusing on positive memories for your own well-being.

  22. The HOA experience varies based on the community. I opted for an HOA community to avoid neighbors with neglected yards (cars and junk everywhere), common in older non-HOA areas. This is my second HOA home without issues. However, some friends face strict regimes in others. Research thoroughly, avoid places with overly strict rules, and appreciate the benefits offered by the community.

  23. I agree wholeheartedly. Despite the hype, reading it felt like a chore. I only finished it because my wife loved it and wanted to discuss it.

  24. First one. That’s Ashton cabinet is my favorite CT and I don’t choose CTs.

  25. Awesome I appreciate it. I have to make sure that the Ashton cabinet to my try list.

  26. Buy a sampler, I bought the 10 pack sampler which is pretty much the entire line. Need to try the ESG but the VSG will be finding a permanent spot in the humi

  27. I think I’ve tried one from that company. Can’t remember which one. I’ll definitely have to keep an eye out for them in the future. Thanks for the recommendation.

  28. Perna: it’s the new new new new new new new new new new new new new new, worst game ever!

  29. Don’t have him waste his time doing this. You can only get a contractor pass if he is an actual contractor; contract number must be provided (someone who submits these passes daily). FSS started a new program that vets delivery divers to allow them visitor authorization. If I find the link I will post it here. Other than that don’t bother trying to obtain a pass without sponsorship - you will only waste your time.

  30. We went with Tucson Turf and had a great experience.
