  1. Supergirl was whooping Zod’s ass. Zod had to use his blade and assistance to beat her. Zod is already superior to Adam in combat/overall power. Compare the final fight in Man of Steel to the final fight in Black Adam and they’re like different orders of magnitude. Adam was getting beat by Sabacc who could get stabbed by a normal metal pole from Hawkman who had to put some effort into throwing a pick up truck.

  2. No lol. Soldier Boy's greatest strength feat is tossing a car through a house. Peter can do that easily. He can lift a car up to like 20 stories in seconds. Soldier Boy isn't strong enough to have pulled those 2 halves of the ship together. Soldier boy fought with his life on the line, against homelander, at herogasm. Neither of them hit the other hard enough to go through one of the concrete walls. They damaged the walls, that's it.

  3. Mcu Spider-Man’s punching feats aren’t more impressive than Soldier Boy’s/Homelander’s. Spidey hurt himself punching concrete at one point, and after giving Goblin a beat down, Gob didn’t even have bruises. Soldier Boy gave Homelander a bruise, and beat the crap out of Black Noir. Homelander one shot Noir and Soldier Boy isn’t much weaker than Homelander in physical strength/durability. Remember that Spider-Man was injured by getting slammed through floors like you mentioned (btw, the feat is kinda bs anyway since they’d have lost momentum after the first floor they went through) while Homelander wasn’t visibly injured by a bus and several tons of debris falling on him. When did Spider-Man lift a car around 20 stories in seconds in a movie?

  4. Tom Holland Peter Parker got hit by a train and survived.

  5. Ok but he was basically unable to fight after getting slammed through one concrete floor, let alone several. Yea he survived the train but it KOd him for a while as in like a whole day or something iirc. Homelander was not visibly injured by a bus and tons of debris falling on him

  6. Payback wins. They were able to hold their own against Soldier Boy, who is about the same in terms of strength as Homelander, and they did it with three less men (Swatto who was dead, Gunpowder who was high, and Countess who was getting the nerve gas), and quite honestly they didn't even go as hard as they could have since they could have opened with Mindstorm's powers and ganged up on him all at once.

  7. And Gunpowder didn’t even help Payback vs Soldier Boy either. Mindstorm is powerful and if he attacks Homelander immediately it’s a wrap. The problem would be if that didn’t happen. Homelander and A Train are much faster than Payback. A Train got injured by Kimiko in a sneak attack, and she’s arguably stronger than about half of Payback.

  8. Battle 1: Frenchie Blows him up. 7/10 B2: Brixton is a better Super Solider he wins 8/10 B3: Kimko could beat him no powers with powers it’s a stomp B4: Hughie is dicey, he’s got the better powers, but someone competent with powers might be able to catch him slipping 6/10 Hughie B5 Startligjt destroys him

  9. How does Kimiko stomp? How is Noir better? Brixton actually has guns, is seemingly more durable/has more durable gear (his gloves are bulletproof and he didn’t have burn marks after getting hit by fire, both unlike Noir), and he’s more skilled. Arguably faster too. Noir’s advantages are better pain tolerance, and maybe strength (but it’s close imo) but that’s it imo

  10. Kimko is way stronger. She has healed from having her neck broken and being shot in the head. Kimko has been hit by Storm Fronts lightning and kept fighting. Kimko survived a hit from an angry Stormfront. Noir is way stronger. Kimko has been shot with swat team rifles and kept coming. Black Noir survived a building exploding. Noir through Starlight through a solid concrete wall.

  11. All that you mentioned of Kimiko was her regen and durability not her strength. I guess Brixton doesn’t really have a way to kill her through melee (maybe suffocation) but he does carry a pistol. I don’t remember her regenerating from a proper headshot. Did she?

  12. Homelander almost killed SB in their first fight before he got restrained. Just Homelander and Black Noir would’ve bodied them.

  13. Noir would get sliced in half by Butcher’s lazers or shot in the head by Soldier Boy’s pistol. Then it’s a 3v1 again real quick

  14. Soldier Boy should win. Homelander had to actually try against him, and started with a blitz, unlike vs Maeve. SB was weakened going into the 1v1, unlike Maeve. However, it is odd that Maeve caused Homelander to bleed but SB and Butcher were unable to. Despite that, SB generally seemed more impressive, and his shield actually has feats. I don’t remember Maeve even using her sword vs a supe

  15. Realistically, Negan would be out first. Look at him. Abraham would realistically win. Look at him, and he’s a military guy. However, he didn’t have much screen time compared to several of these others, so not much throwing hands. By feats, Daryl or Shane would win. Daryl has the most screen time and has pretty much been in the most fights and come out on top. Shane whooped some ass in the comparatively short amount of screen time he had.

  16. Maeve is being overestimated here. Homelander was kicking her ass when he tried. In this prompt, Butcher is effectively Homelander just a bit weaker and less experienced with powers but more experienced in overall combat. This is like Hulk vs Thor. You can’t expect the person with actual ranged attacks who at worst may be only slightly weaker physically (Butcher/Thor) to lose to the one who is perhaps slightly stronger at best but otherwise has no abilities/ranged attacks (Maeve/Hulk).

  17. In Melee combat, Nolan's batman is the weakest of the live action versions of batman; also speed is not his strength, so R1 to the T-800. With the gadgets, he could win, but I still give the edge to the T-800. Now with prep time, Batman would have the edge, but still be tough

  18. Huh? Don’t let sloppy choreography fool you. Even just Batman Begins’ Bale>Pattinson. It becomes a wash when you throw in the rest of the trilogy when Bale gets bigger feats and more gadgets. Think about their competition. Bale fought a ninja death cult, Arkham’s deranged and most wanted, and an army of mercs led by someone who has T-800 level feats. Pattinson literally just fought some normal goons and losers. He didn’t fight with as much speed or skill as Bale. Pattinson’s suit is more durable but that’s really his only advantage

  19. Youre right, I forgot about pattinson, I was remembering the 1v1 of keaton vs a kriptonian or affleecks feats against bale

  20. Keaton went beast mode vs the Kryptonians but it’s also a matter of Nam-Ek being weakened at the moment while Keaton wasn’t really. Well, maybe he was, but I think him bleeding and appearing tired was a result of Nam-Ek throwing him away. Nam-Ek and the Kryptonians were arguably nerfed tho, right? Those explosions that downed Nam-Ek were small.

  21. Iron Monger overpowers MK3 Iron Man with ease, and

  22. Underselling Venom, no? Monger and Iron Man were struggling to hold up a single car in that movie. Carnage held up multiple and Venom is stronger than him. Monger’s striking feats sent Iron a few yards away, and weapons were being used. Venom (more so) and Carnage rag dolled each other across the cathedral. Carnage shrugged off getting smacked into massive pillars and while it might not look as destructive as Iron tackling Monger to start their fight, Iron got a massive head start distance wise and he was at full health. Venom was at the brink when he smacked Carnage into pillars.

  23. Lifting strength is not a good indicator of overall strength/AP/DC. Okay, Venom and Carnage have better LS than Iron Monger, but they aren’t tanking consistent repulsors from a 8 gigajoules per second, unless you think Venom and Carnage can walk off

  24. Venom did survive the rocket takeoff and explosion after nearly dying. And part of what I was saying is that the symbiotes do have better melee striking/grappling/etc feats than the Iron duo. What’s stopping Venom from juking Monger’s slow attacks then simply picking him up and biting his neck. Yeah Monger has rockets but Venom’s tendrils stopped Carnage who is even bigger than Monger and has better melee feats

  25. Harley used the special javelin to stab into Starro which allowed the rats to enter. Remember that Starro was bulletproof before that

  26. His asgardian knife could probably even hurt superman going by Thor scaling. So if he uses his illusions well he could beat most dcu characters but if he slips up hes screwed.

  27. Carnage ate the Father's head and noticeably grew bigger. So, yeah, Venom would've handily won if he had eaten a crowd of humans before crashing the wedding.

  28. The growing bit was sloppy writing considering Carnage grew earlier in the movie without eating anyone. Carnage’s feats don’t seem to get amped by eating anyone.

  29. I didn't get the impression that he was nerfed, just that he was unsatisfied. Like a human living on some tasteless nutritional paste rather than actual food.

  30. Really they were both nerfed going into the final fight, or you could say weakened instead. Both got screamed at by Shriek, which caused Cletus to try to leave Carnage, weakening their bond. Meanwhile, Venom was starving, had been going through multiple hosts, then got yelled at.

  31. What’s Batman gonna do? At best he could maybe take Star Lord and Rocket with stealth.

  32. He’s got machine guns, vehicles, and superior strength. How does Batman not beat all of them?

  33. The Guardians have better guns, better vehicles, all except Rocket and Star Lord are far stronger than Batman, and the obvious numbers/teamwork advantage. He doesn’t have any answer to Drax, Nebula, or Gamora, Groot or Cosmo can snag him the second he shows up, he has no clue about Mantis’s powers, and Kraglin’s arrow can very much pierce his armor.

  34. Superman didn’t solo the Kryptonian army! He didn’t even solo Nam-Ek and Faora in his 1v2. Yeah, he had the edge but he didn’t defeat them. The military actually helped him. Superman beat Zod 1v1, but Zod at that point was depressed.

  35. Venom shat his pants when he saw Carnage and actively considered giving up. He seemed much more interested in jumping into a fight with Riot.

  36. Potentially global stakes with Riot since he planned to bring the rest of the symbiotes to Earth. Meanwhile, Carnage would have been defeated by the military/government much faster due to no backup

  37. I never understood why he was scared of Carnage. I mean Venom was doing just fine until Carnage ate the priest.

  38. Most likely the Guardians of the Galaxy, they have some heavy hitters like Groot and even Drax who isn't hurt by standard handguns but overall they aren't really going to last long at all against the Seven

  39. Throw in Adam Warlock and giant Groot and that changes things. Not to mention Celestial Star Lord, Rocket with prep, Yondu, etc but assuming you mean simply the original, base Guardians, wouldn’t teams such as The Suicide Squad, and Captain America’s Civil War team be morw powerful but still lose to The Seven?

  40. One of the biggest threads I’ve seen on this sub. Didn’t think I’d see a Rama thread but happy to see it since The Raid films are GOATed. Well done!

  41. R1: I think Aquaman wins. His weapon is simply better. It has ranged attacks and can be thrown more conveniently/conventionally. More importantly, it’s a piercing weapon. Hawkman’s piercing durability is worse than Aquaman’s blunt force durability

  42. Unpopular opinion, Terminator 2 is way worse than Terminator 1. In Terminator 1, the Terminator is a terrifying, relentless machine. T2 was Arnold wanting to be a "good robot" and ends up being more like Data from Star Trek TNG. "I know now why you cry.." really?? Even the T1000 isn't that scary. It felt like my high school's drivers Ed coach was chasing them around and turning into shiny liquid.

  43. T-1000 not scary?? How is it not scarier than T-800?? T-1000 could be anyone or anywhere and some of the kill it inflicted were straight out of slasher films. It took the unstoppable nature to the next level. If you used a truck correctly you could stop a T-800. Not a T-1000. A heavily enforced door could keep a T-800 out but T-1000 would just flow through the cracks

  44. Cap is the superior fighter but Winter Soldier is on/near his level. Cap has certain gear advantages thanks to his shield and helmet. By throwing hands I meant literally as in fist fight. Cap had the advantage towards the end till Iron Man used his repulsors. Those really kept him in the fight. Bucky had him pinned earlier in the fight and Iron Man needed to use his beam to escape. Now yes, Cap had the shield but remember that IM started the whole fight by cheap shot slapping Cap, and using his repulsor vs Bucky. Plus, the whole flight advantage which IM used early on.

  45. Tony quite literally made the entire "hand to hand" aspect useless when the AI analyzed his fighting pattern and proceeded to kick his ass.

  46. Yes, but the repulsors turned the tide. They blasted the shield out of Cap’s hands then blasted him backwards. IM would have killed them if he chose to via his weaponry not through melee

  47. Juggernaut stomps. Much stronger and more durable. Noir wouldn’t be enough help. They’d need the rest of the 7 to beat Jug

  48. it is the same model, they just changed the back spines and the head size plus a few minor changes to proportions
