  1. Corley, Polk, Smith, or McMillan in the third or Walker, Wilson, Wilson in the fourth. There are 9-11 potential starting WR's left, this class is the deepest ever. Hortiz called this in several interviews, saying that these college kids are so well prepped because so many college programs are running pro style offenses. The game evolves. 15 years ago safeties, LB's, and RB's were premium positions, drafted highly and paid handsomely. Now it is QB, WR, OT, and for good reason. We are in a great position here at 37, will get first round talent in a position of need no matter if we go IOL, CB, Newton, or WR, In fact, I would argue that Ladd, Mitchell, Coleman, and Franklin are all considered first round talent by many scouts/pundits, just depends what our board looks like and I am ultimately confident in Hortiz and Harbaugh to shine for these next 4 picks. Draft is deep and we have 4 of the next 77 picks! Bolt the fuck up boys and girls!

  2. The only picks that make up for Alt are Ladd and AD Mitchell. If we take another position Kool-Aid and DeJean are good. I will fucking burn my apartment down if we take Coleman or Newton at 37.

  3. Pretty sure you can keep the matches in the box...Pats or Washington should take Newton ahead of us. I am personally hoping he falls to us and that one of Lassiter, Sainistril, or TJ Tampa falls to us in the 3rd. I agree about Coleman, great hands and could be a decent red zone target, but I would rather have Franklin, Corley, Polk, or McMillan in the third than Coleman here

  4. If we wait until the 4th until grabbing a WR i will have an absolute meltdown lol

  5. Yes. Unless you were fine with Tevi, Lamp, Feeney, Turner, and Norton?

  6. Never said I was, but I was more talking about adding alt. That wasn’t worth it.

  7. I mean I’m an IDL scout for a company and the media gets it wrong all the time. I’ve watched prospects and formed my own opinions. Newton isn’t as good as people think, I came away with the same feeling I had when I watched QJs tape: underwhelmed.

  8. No disrespect taken. I want the team to win too! I just think they went about the pick wrong. I’m not gonna change my mind on it either.

  9. Johnny Newton should not have fallen this far, I can easily see him becoming the best DT in this class.

  10. I’m not as high on Newton and his foot is a bigger issue than is being reported currently

  11. If we do take Newton tho, I’ve already outlined how I wanna kms

  12. If it makes you feel better I think Sweat is more likely the pick if they go DL, could easily pick WR or DB though considering what’s on the board.

  13. No, picking a player that can separate instantly would’ve been a better pick. Alt isn’t bad but we could’ve used resources better.

  14. Who at 37? Alt and JC are the top two tackles and they’re sure shots. You’re not giving much cred to Palmer and QT. Sure QT dropped a lot of passes but you don’t think that can be worked on during the offseason? Or creating separation? As long as Herbert has enough time in the pocket, RB moving the ball and tiring out defenses, this will open up huge pass plays.

  15. QJ cannot be expected to take a leap. I expect him to be marginally better but the fact that people think he’s gonna be WR1 is stupid. He was the WORST WR in terms of separation last year, full stop. Palmer is what he is at this point, it’s his 4th year in the league and you don’t really develop past that. Palmer is a good WR2 but a great WR3.

  16. He was put in some shitty situations last year. One being he was expected to step up from WR4 to WR1 when damn near everyone got hurt (Thank God we have Ben Herbert for this). But also the bad offensive calls where defenses keyed in on receivers because they could telegraph calls being made they were so bad. QT got locked up most of the time.

  17. Dog QJ was a bad pick last year, he’ll be a WR2 at absolute best.

  18. She’s doing quantum physics calculations.

  19. He's had Keenan, Mike and Ekeler this entire time and that hasn't translated to wins which is what this franchise needs. Good for stats but how many games have we "Chargered" away because we couldn't put the other team away?

  20. He’s also had coaches and coordinators who didn’t know how to brush their teeth.

  21. After last night, I honestly don’t think we will until like R4 which would be a fucking disaster.

  22. You don’t know that for a fact, though. What if Nabers busts? We don’t even know who they are looking at for WR. All I’m saying is give them a chance, and if not, then maybe just move on. Idk what’s the point of being a fan of a team if they are going to make you this miserable without even playing a game. Following the Chargers is supposed to be fun.

  23. Been a fan for nearly 20 years. The misery is all in your head. There have been dark moments, but I’ve still enjoyed my fandom overall. Seems like you should re-evaluate whether you enjoy yours.

  24. 18 years for me, I think I just care a lot and have high expectations

  25. I just tie dyed some Jean shorts and I have a retro windbreaker that’s the same colors of blue with a blue see through blue visor!

  26. Ya I love when they post things like this. It shows that they fundamentally have no idea about the conversation at hand.

  27. I tried to tell her that but she's not budging at all

  28. Make it the middle name. stand your ground, that name is a war crime

  29. No way Alt is a charger, that doesn’t make sense.

  30. Idk about the QJ assessment before we see him with a new coaching staff that doesn’t try to force him into a deep threat role. Let’s see what he can do as a YAC guy who does his thing on short and intermediate routes.

  31. I’d love if QJ popped off but based on last year you cannot count on that.

  32. You wouldn’t want a DT? Would love Newton in between Mack and Bosa.

  33. Newton lack’s technique across the board.’ He’s athletic af but he’s never going to be THE GUY on a team. He’s a great clean-up DT

  34. Ya dw, I’m already planning suicide.

  35. You wanna talk pain lol ask Herb how it feels to constantly be hit by mad Maxx😂

  36. Add some coaching and IOL and we’re feeling great

  37. Two broken fingers and fractured ribs idk.. I’d much rather him have a longer career than Luck

  38. You ever hear of interior linemen? We needed those, not an OT.

  39. Yeah we’re rolling with Palmer and Quentin Dropson
