My thyroid levels came back “normal”, I was negative for the antibodies and my CT said my thyroid looked “normal”. It’s all so weird! I have a history of bad thyroid nodules. So I for sure though something was up with my thyroid this time!

I would try that before weight loss meds? Thyroid abnormal but still in normal range? That could be making things much more difficult. They kept telling me that for years without offering treatment. Actually for thyroid issues, it should be treated if it’s autoimmune or if it’s causing significant symptoms.

If you don’t understand the diagnosis then you should probably ask her to explain more clearly. On another note, it seems like you are getting a bit obsessed with minor symptoms. You’ve been posting pictures of your hands almost every day. If you’ve had a biopsy and seen a dermatologist, then you have nothing to worry about and need to keep communicating with your doctors about how to manage Raynaud’s.

Sorry but if you have damage to your body from surgeries, obsessing over autoimmune disease is not gonna improve things and doesn’t make you have a worse autoimmune disease although could make it more difficult for you to manage symptoms.
I don’t think such changes can happen that quickly . It’s more long term effects. It may seem the moon face coincided with you lowering the dosage but it probably would’ve happened regardless and was just a result of the long term use. If the lower dosage is gonna help reduce it, it will probably take longer to see effects
Do you have a low appetite or is it normal? Try to eat lots of healthy fats and high calorie food. Nuts and nut butter are very high calorie if you can eat them. Also Using a lot of olive oil helps. But for your teeth and overall health it’s better to stay away from refined sugars. I like juice (preferably fresh squeezed; no added sugar) cos it’s easy to digest.
Some doctors are more cautious than others. He may still be weighing up the evidence on this before he makes a decision. Maybe he hasn’t had many patients take it personally so he is a little bit worried. He’s just saying based in his experience he’s not sure. You can have hypothyroidism but there is also telogen effluvium which I think causes more prominent shedding. I have hashimotos (you probably do as well if it’s genetic; get your thyroid antibodies checked) which I don’t think causes a huge amount of hair loss and didn’t even notice much improvement when I got my levels normal, except my eyebrows (omg). I think I got telogen effluvium recently which causes me to shed a lot more but didn’t make a huge difference as I have thick hair and it’s started growing back. Telogen effluvium could be related to a health scare.
Autoimmune brain disorders(including lupus brain involvement) are very rare. But if this was occurring, the most common features would be seizures and psychosis. Unless you’re having seizures or something, or they can see brain inflammation on your scans, not much evidence of brain involvement.
Sorry but your brain being damaged doesn’t mean you are more susceptible to an autoimmune disease attacking your brain from what i’m aware. You may have an autoimmune disease but being sick can make the brain damage more apparent

Their immune system is really weak. I know it’s hard but waiting a bit longer is really better. Unless you go for a very short visit and leave your daughter with your mum.

Yes I agree with having a list of deal breakers and discuss them prior to marriage. The problem is you often don’t imagine what will happen after marriage. For me, if a guy starts acting shady about work colleagues etc, I have historically ended things pretty fast. This is because my first fiancé literally backed out of our engagement, cancelled our wedding, and ran off with a married woman he met at work (no they’re not together anymore!). all the while gaslighting me for being suspicious. I was pretty young at the time so didn’t know how to handle it and was really devastating.

From what I have seen people kept asking is she even in hospice or at a care facility like a care home as people over there knew what hospice looked like compared to her care facility as she had no where else and needed 24 hour care because her mother wouldn’t take her back and the videos she had done prior which the room she’s currently in looks very similar with the pictures and stuff on the walls, the bed, staff and what not and she’s been claiming she’s in hospice for years now so it doesn’t add up whatsoever 🤷♀️

It would have to be a very severe illness for them to decide hospice for someone her age. I’m pretty sure if Paige got such a diagnosis she would be posting ample evidence of it for all the clout.

Not a doctor but I think if you actually had literal bald spots it would show up more when you shave it off (which is pretty obvious when people with actual bald spots shave their head). Also, usually patchy alopecia doesn’t grow back quite right that quickly in a uniform way and as you can see her hair grew back with no evidence of any prior bald spots.

If there’s been a lot of inter-generational interbreeding I wouldn’t recommend it because the DNA similarity could be on the higher end. I wouldn’t recommend it if there are any known genetic conditions in your family.

I think that her constant issues with the catheter may be the ultimate cause for removal because it's probably safer to remove it than to continue to allow infection after infection and UTI after UTI and issue after issue happen. We have seen that she wears her catheter bag wrong and I'm sure that some of those issues are self made. So, basically, it could absolutely be and that's why she does it but it could also be that she's fucking with it enough to become a health hazard.
Someone commented that the way she wears her catheter bag would be extremely painful (especially with friction and shock of moving around) . Has anyone actually seen the entry site of the catheter? I haven’t seen it, not to say it’s really there or not. I think that a muncher would be taking as many photos of that entry site as possible if it was actually connected . but I haven’t seen her do that.

TSH reflex: 1.08 uIU/mL and they tested me for the Thyroglobulin Antibodies and the Thyroid Peroxidase Antibodies

I did. She just thought it was dermamyositis and chilblains. She did a biopsy and nothing like that. I think it basically stated dry skin. I’m stuck

Big puffy moon face can be related to high cortisol. Steroids increase cortisol from what I know, hence weight gain effects.
But it should be lessen the moon face bcoz i’m already in a low dosage 😔
