  21. It’s not a glitch. I had 200 shares sell at 3.68 at 4:16. What it looks like happened was National Bank bought around 30,000 shares on the neo, and it needed to pull from any open orders to fill. Another institution also bought about 30,000 shares after that as well at the same rate.
