If I lived in the US, I think I'd have gone with the Walmart Steelbook (Blu-ray + DVD), which comes with character cards too, and the Amazon Exclusive Edition (4K).

I don't think they're gonna release it chad said that lots of deleted action scenes from chapter 3 were reused in 4 and I'm sure they'll reuse deleted chapter 4 scenes in chapter 5 so they wouldn't wanna give it away in an extended cut. Obviously not literally deleted scenes but they'll incorporate those action sequences in chapter 5
Based on your criteria I'd narrow this down to 2 for now.

I blasted this game after i watched John wick 4 and played the club music of the movie in the background while playing it just to realise that the original music in the game is just as cool
