It depends on how you define 00 in the first place. If we define 00 = 0, for example , then f(x) = 0 for all x becomes the curve in question, which is clearly continuous and differentiable. If we say 00 is undefined , then f(x) = 0x is continuous and differentiable everywhere where it is defined, ie on its domain, in which case I would argue that it satisfies the definition as well. You seem to be arguing for a stricter definition of curve, without actually taking the time to define it, which is somewhat objectionable. Bij de transitie misschien wel. Zie je nu al, de reuring. Als je van (zachte) beloftes naar (harde) kapitalen gaat in het nieuwe stelsel, denk ik echter vooral dat je dergelijk gedoe in de toekomst voorkomt.
Hypotheekverstrekkers zijn inderdaad erg risico-avers geworden, omdát iedereen en zn moeder vroeger een hypotheek kreeg. De balans lijkt nu de andere kant op door te slaan en dat helpt ook niemand (behalve diezelfde hypotheekverstrekkers).
Als hypotheekverstrekker moet je je aan die regeltjes houden, anders krijg je de toezichthouder op je dak. Ze doen het niet voor henzelf, het is echt heel veel administratief gedoe als je meer toestaat dan volgens de NHG normen kan (ja, ook bij niet-NHG hypotheken).
