  1. I took ENGL 255 about a year and a half ago and it transferred over for me

  2. That's awesome! I looked into the UCalgary transfer website that you mentioned (super helpful btw) and it says ENGL 255 transfers as a junior level English Composite course (ENCO2XX). Do you know if a junior English composite course will meet a junior English degree requirement? Just asking because maybe you went through the same thing, thanks again.

  3. I’m not too sure. All I know is I needed a 200 level of English or higher (as uofc stated) and it was accepted as such

  4. Don’t know how to explain it but it’s giving cow energy?????

  5. mods pls don’t delete I was only 1 minute slower than the other poster of this pic, and I was working on my caption during such time 😿plus my caption is different so not a repeat post 🄺🄺

  6. It’s been a while since I did it, but I believe it took my about 5 months (I took my sweet time)

  7. 100% depends on what neighborhood you’re in. Nicer ones you won’t find hardly any garbage.

  8. Dr. Whidden has a large wait list for consults so if you want to connect with him I would book sooner than later. I reached out to his assistant mid-March regarding booking a consult and was advised he was scheduling into Dec 2023.

  9. Yeah, you're the type of guy who pays $200 for an oil change. šŸ˜‚

  10. Should take those do it yourself skills and apply it to your ego being destroyed over being honked at. Fragile masculinity at its finest.

  11. The offramp has two lanes, YV has three lanes westbound. The right lane of the offramp goes to the rightmost lane of YV. The left lane of the offramp goes to the middle lane of YV. There are painted lines that indicate this, but they're not super visible this time of year.

  12. There's 4 lanes not 3. Lane 1 goes to lane 3, and lane 2 goes to lane 4. The previous 1 to 2, and 2 to 3 pattern is now gone.

  13. Yes you’re right !!!! Totally forgot about that other turn lane

  14. Not everyone is good at driving in a big city, and it's easy to get mad at people who don't know the route as well as you do. If it bothers you that much, take a different route. I add 4 minutes on my daily commute to avoid deerfoot, but the amount of stress daily I save is worth it.

  15. It doesn’t bother me that much. It’s just the fact the lines are clearly shown on the road, I don’t think there’s an excuse for not following that rule honestly (minus snow or bad weather).

  16. Maam if you don’t feel comfortable driving at 40 and 50, you should not be driving. That’s slow. You should have full control over stopping and the vehicle at those speeds.

  17. Someone on Deerfoot had their left turn signal on while in the far right lane, for a good 3 minutes. Then they starting exited right (lucky me cause it also happened to be my exit) while STILL signalling left. I gave em a honk and then they swerved out of the exit lane, over the solid line, and back onto Deerfoot. BRUTAL

  18. Bc she’s a mother doing something for her children’s safety and you’re blatantly, unapologetically crossing a boundary she’s asked people not to cross and I feel that anger too. I’m saying put yourself in her shoes and realize you fight your ā€œempathic urgesā€ and don’t start a conversation strictly about the one thing she’s been consistent on for a while.

  19. I feel as though there’s a lot to unpack here aside from my comment. This is an acacia snark page. I’m going to bed, goodnight ! :)

  20. Ma’am I didn’t realize I needed to put effort into my responses on an acacia snark page on Reddit
