This might be too technical, but this is probably the most accurate info regarding the specific Eth proposal you referenced.
Yeah, this most likely will not affect normal users, unless people are calling specific functions as that article details, and are looking to reduce the cast cost by reducing bytes required on the block.
I guess I’ll look into the technicals more, but at a minimum, this makes the entire environment that GME’s NFT marketplace built on better by encouraging development on ETH.
