No. Just the spacers. They don't allow for proper torque which can cause wheel off. They also have a tendency to break which can cause wheel off. Unless they changed discount tire won't even work on your wheels and tires if you have spacers.
You should be able to figure this out on your own pretty easily. Rotate the steering wheel through the full range of motion in both directions and take note of where the tires get close to the bodywork and determine if they will make contact if sticking out an inch more than they currently do.
Most tire shops won't deal with them period.
