No not at all. In my 20 years of SAP there have been 4 downturns. Anyone on the bench gets laid off at the big 4.
So should i not take up the ABAP gig? From your experience do you feel its worth to invest in Abap or Sap. I dont mind working in legacy tech. Just wondering about the long term employibilty

I always hear arguments for the Electoral College that it means NYC and California will decide every election if we get rid of it, which while they wouldn't, like... the Milwaukee and Philadelphia suburbs have been deciding our past several elections, how is that any better?

I've read 1984 multiple times throughout my life. When I was in school I was glad life didn't turn out the way it did in the book. When I read it as a young adult I felt this was the way the world could be headed to. When I read it now, I know this world came true in many ways and we love big brother.
Although in a lot of ways big brother is the news rather than the government.
There weren't that many Kmarts either.
