I was the same in the beginning too. :( I took a long break from it after failing so much. Came back to it later on and practiced a lot at normal gauntlet until I finally got the urge to try corrupted again. I was able to get some kills and to keep myself from going insane I limited myself to 5 kc a day. Once I got better at it I upped it to 10 kc a day. I did it in t1 armor but I had 99 mage and range and defence. A lot of my friends swear by t2 armor and it would make it easier for you.
