Computershare previously made registered owner data available to companies on a quarterly basis. With the change in date, and from what you see here, does this suggest that Computershare has changed how/when they're reporting that data back to GameStop?

GS2C aren't real, they have to exchange them for real GME before direct registering.
My understanding is that the numbers provided by GameStop specifically only mention the NYSE and the symbol GME. So any other symbols such as GS2C or GameStop shares traded on other exchanges are not accounted for. Or more specifically: GS2C shares traded in Germany are neither included in the 228.7 million shares held by Cede & Co nor by the 76.0 million DRS'ed shares. At least this is my understand of the phrasing.
