The assistants in my office are ready to quit, we are under payed and they have refused to give the lead assistant the title so that she stays tapped out at 20$ an hr meanwhile she has to do all of the lead functions. We are tired of being underpaid and under valued. B OF A is starting their tellers at 21$ an hr and I’m thinking it’s just time for a career change. We work in a high risk office, and this is just not worth it. This career is a scam, there is really no way to make a living in it as it stands we need a union.
I agree. I’ve only worked in this industry for about 9 months and I’m over it. I have no desire to pursue a career in dentistry in any capacity after this. If there were unions it might be different. We get treated almost like slaves basically. And for what? To barely scrape by while the doctors we work for can typically afford multiple homes and multiple vacations a year.
Honestly a million or 10 million might not be a joke. Once Marge calls them, they have to cover ALL shorts. Apes believe it to be well past the 100%+ short mark, we set our price. I get it friend. Life is about the little things we do every day that bring us joy. Who cares if you can lose 100lbs in 5 months if it makes you miserable to do so, right? But if you take it slow and steady and develop a lifestyle that suits you and is tailored to your needs chances are you will actually enjoy getting healthier/stronger. I too really appreciate people like the dude in this video that remind us that not everything is a race and that good things take time.

I tried medication for a couple months back when I still had healthcare. I honestly think natural methods have worked better for me. The crash I got from the Adderall basically incapacitated me and had the opposite effect I wanted on my overall productivity.It’s been a few months now since I’ve taken adderall and Ive just been focusing on eating healthier, exercising when I can, sticking to a sleep schedule everyday (even weekends) and drinking coffee. I also lightly vape nicotine which isn’t healthy but helps in a pinch. And I also microdose thc and psilocybin edibles on my weekends. Just as a full disclosure lol.
